When i got there, took forever for my food to come out and didnt even get my order right. The manager (i think his name is ethan) cussed at me only because i asked where the straws were. Very poor performance overall and need to step it up, seriously. Very short tempered staff, and very threatening environment.

This was the first time I've ever been here, went through drive thru and the woman was so rude. You'd say something and you could here her sighing. The guy at the first window was being super sweet about everything though so service is 50/50
Expect them to get your order wrong every single time and steal your money. If they accidentally add something to your bill they will tell you they can't return it (even when you never received it) so your stuck with the charge. They have 0 care about it.

They never have a working malt machine. For a person who does chemo every week and relies on a chocolate shake and French fries as sustenance, the Mcdonald's in Woodbury, MN has got to be the worst McDonald's anywhere. Their machine was working this week, however, they didn't have chocolate.... What? How can that be? I DO NOT ever need to waste another minute stopping by this McDonald's and their rude employees. In case you didn't know.... Arby's has an awesome chocolate shake. I've never once been told it isn't working.May seem petty to some, but when you eat very little and all you want is a chocolate shake and some salt and you drag yourself out of the house to find out that yet again their machine is broken; it's a bummer.This hasn't been going on for several weeks. This problem spans over the past year....

Place is always spic & span clean. Restrooms are always clean. Love small town fast food, they always get the order correct & include napkins. Nobody working the cash register taking orders and the 2 kiosks were slow. Service was super slow. Was in a rush and had to leave with just a coffee because the 1 breakfast sandwich I ordered took over 10 mins.
