It's not the best Subway I've been to, but not the worst. Nothing seemed old or gone bad by no means, but it could have been better. The portions were also pretty small compared to other subways I've been to recently.

Austin is very condescending. He speaks super fast so I repeated what I wanted on my sandwich and repeated me and said, “I already said what other kind of peppers and that isn’t a pepper…etc etc”. Proceeded to be snarky and snippy with me the rest of the time I was in there.

We were in there this evening 8 -30 -2024 not busy at all we were the only people in the store 4 of us, The first tall guy greeted us nicely and helped us decide what we wanted and then a second guy with blonde hair and shorter wit tan attitude did the veggies and checked us out he was very impatient as we were checking out when I told him 2 orders were separate bills, he was very impatient and rude at first until I finally said something then he got better. But we were the only people in the store and it was not busy at all if it were busy it would have been a lot worse.
I think his dominos pizza was delivered right when we walked in may be we disrupted his break time as he was called to the front to help.

I don't care for the location of the grab and go orders being behind the counter. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead if I need to wait for someone to be free to hand me the food. They need someone to be available and ready to hand it off or move it somewhere more accessible like other companies do

So got an email about their new foot long snacks... the pics show a thick rolled up juicy looking wrap. Ordered all 3 to split with a co worker to try them out.
BIG mistake... unless you like eating DRY cardboard! They didn't even fill the flat bread they use!
Unlike what the pic in the add showing layers of ingredients throughout the roll... in actuality the ingredients only take up about an inch of the 7 inch bread in the center leaving the rest dry bread... not even the 'double cheese' was cheesy!!! I took a pic next to a marker so you can see how tiny it truely is...
Not worth $1 much less $3!!
I could not eat it and my dogs choked it down... waste of money!

I travel for a living, and this is by far the best subway have ever been in. The two ladies working around the entire store, such speed and efficiency, I was blown away. It was extremely busy dressing, the sandwiches and running the till super friendly, calling people, dear, treating them with amazing courtesy excellent job by this restaurant.
