Went there for our anniversary and left without our food as we waited more than 45 minutes for our food while three groups came in after and received there orders while we were left waiting to receive our order. We got up paid for our drinks and to the waitress that we were leaving. Very pour service and very disappointing. Won't goes there again. Went over to the Mexican restaurant got waited on immediately and had our meal within ten minutes.

Service here was fast, friendly and good. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The wife and I talked about going here for awhile, and after our experience, we WILL be back. The bang bang shrimp is to die for! And the fries.... Never have we had fries like that! Everything was delicious!!!

While better than the Northern there were a couple things that put me off about this place. First the server was not very attentive or friendly. The air conditioner vent dripped water into my food the entire meal. That being said the broasted chicken was good and on par with most broasted chicken places. All in all I would only order from this place to pick up.

The wife & I went out for a date night. Being new to the Scandia, Chisago area we decided to go here. Its was on a very busy Saturday night. We waited for 15 - 20 minutes for a table. Its a nice old town feeling restaurant, good vibes from what appeared to be average good people. The menu had a great selection & variety of foods. Prices were very good for the food served. We had the prime rib dinner for I believe $32.00 with a side of broccoli and my choice of potato. The wait staff was pleasant & attentive, very nice people.
Overall I definitely recommend this place & we will be back again!

Stopped for dinner on arguably one of the hottest Saturday’s of the summer. Popular place. Our only seating option was the covered patio which was very comfortable. Two of us had the fish and chips walleye. I loved it. The chips were scallop cut and were very good. The walleye was extremely tasty. My wife had the whiskey glazed cluckers. Fantastic is all I can say about those. The texture is amazing and the sauce was to die for. Looking forward to coming back and trying some 1/2 pound burgers!
The appearance of the restaurant is very nice, I'm a fan of the decor. But I had high hopes for the food. That said we sat down and the table we had wasn't properly cleaned so it was sticky and the chicken sandwich I ordered was very dry, they relied more on the heavy amounts of sauce they put on the sandwich to give it flavor.

This use to be my favorite place for a burger, the last couple times I've come here it has went down hill. I gave it like 6 months and still it hasnt changed. Adding to previous review.Today i went again to see if it was an off day and unfortunately it wasnt. Corners are definitely being cut. My burger was gristley and could tell the quality of burger was very low! Service was meh, and she didnt check on us or fill our waters and very little acknowledgement! Just not impressed. Has it changed owners? The pickles aren't even the same!
