Unque dining. Sat in the bar and the seats are uncomfortable but tables are spacious. Service was slow but she was very nice. Broasted chicken was tasty but very chewy to rubbery. Broasted potatoes had no flavor.

My husband and I went here for lunch. Service was pretty slow, but the food was delicious. Best cheese curds we've had in awhile. I had the Cobb salad (which was huge) and was able to make ingredient substitutions. My husband had the walleye sandwich. The dining area is small, but we didn't have to wait for a table.

This was our first visit AT the Stone Inn. We had ordered take out when they first opened in Chisago several years ago and it was aweful. We were given a gift card for Christmas and wanted to actually go and eat in and...The food tonight was delicious! 100 % better than the take out we had. I had the sweet pickle burger.... delicious! Had an amazing not too spicey relish and sweet pickle aioli... Amazing!!! My husband had a cheese burger with great flavor and that was very good also. The fries were hot and crispy... unique shape too. The burgers are served with sweet pickles that were amazing. Looked home made. Service was friendly and good. The only negative was that it took 10 minutes for the server to come to the table after we were seated. Other than that we will definitely visit again!!!! Very family friendly and kid friendly too. Thank you Stone Inn ?

Delicious!! The Nashville chicken sandwich was to die for. Fun style of fries. Onion rings were incredible and my mom loved her walleye sandwich! My toddler devoured his chicken cluckers as well. Kind server, food came out in a timely manner. We will be returning!

I love the look of this restaurant. I was optimistic going in. We had onion rings as a starter and they were tasty. Fresh and homemade looking. I had the coconut shrimp special with fries and slaw and my mom had the walleye sandwich with fries and slaw.My shrimp was overcooked and pretty tasteless. The slaw was saturated in mayo. The fries were good, not your typical French fry or jo-jo.The walleye had a lot of bones, but she said it had good flavor.I did learn after our visit that this is the same ownership as The Old Log Inn or something...and I am not a fan of that restaurant either so it is unlikely I will return to either.

We enjoyed the company of 8 friends. We were sad the tables couldn't be put together but still enjoyed our time.
This place was our go to for good food but the last two times was such a disappointment. Last night we got 4 cooled down meals of spaghetti and lasagna. Service was great. Had food delivered in10 minutes after ordering but the food wasn’t hot.The lasagna wasn’t even like any lasagna I Ever had. I’m sorry but what a disappointment.

I have had the opportunity to dine at the Stone inn twice. Both times the food was spectacular. This has become one of my favorite places in the area. They had a seasonal drink menu, attentive staff, and an enjoyable atmosphere. Ii will be back and highly recommend.

We came here on a weekday afternoon for a late lunch. Service was quick. I was craving cheese curds, they were battered and greasy the way I love them. Then I got the broasted 1/4 chicken, two dark pieces. It was a great stop on the way the home from skiing. I'd go again.
