I went there twice because of a hockey tournament and they messed up my order both times, the drinks are water down and they gave me the wrong drink.

They take forever and will get your order wrong. The dude was too busy laughing with his coworkers to acknowledge me or apologize for the long wait. The next time I am in a rush and need food I will just go hungry instead.

I was handed food and the lady said here’s my order and as I was in my car I checked it and it was completely wrong, so I came back and the counter lady was absolutely rude. She’s the one who handed me the order

Stopped in 8-18-25, at 7pm service was great, employees were kind, food was made fast. Definitely my favorite McDonald's on the iron range, never unsatisfied with the employees here, they all work their butt's off.

The past 2 mornings I have ordered a steak, egg and cheese mcmuffin after getting off the night shift. Both times these sandwiches had almost no grilled onions on them. I didn't say anything about the first one because things happen. But for it to happen 2 days in a row, it's a thing.

I will say The Times that I have gone and Matt has waited on me. He has been wonderful.

We ordered DoorDash my daughter just ordered a happy meal and it’s been two hours and we still haven’t got our food they didn’t cancel our order. We never canceled it. We paid for everything and it isn’t even here very disappointed in you McDonald’s.

Might be the worst run McDonald's I have ever been to. 15-20 minutes to get food. Saw multiple mistakes on orders including ours. I would not recommend this McDonald's

This McDonald's is alright. The workers there were pretty kind and patient, my food was a little late (we ordered online), went in and it was just sitting on the counter. The manager snapped/yelled at a customer who was waiting for their food, (all they did was ask about their food, rightfully so as they were waiting long before us) which was pretty rude, but otherwise I had a good experience here. It's right next to the church, so if we want some McDonald's before church we can do that! :)

Rude manager with light blonde hair was very verbal about a dietary change I had to request. I had 3 big surgeries, one being on my kidney and had to modify my food. She complained about it so loudly from in the kitchen people heard her behind the counter. I was very embarrassed and my Big Mac came out with no bottom bun, just 2 middle ones so it was very stale tasting. Shame on you guys. People need to eat certain ways to suit their medical needs. I also was a trainer for very big restaurants in the area, you need to look at behavior in your staff, you also aren't assembling your food correctly. You represent your employer. Embarrassing and belittling customers verbally is unacceptable.
