These are excellent noodles and I love using them for my homemade chicken noodle soup and other dishes. They do take a while to cook, but are worth it. I found out after calling Pasta Works that the broken noodles were caused by the delivery/handling of the product to the retail stores. The owner has tried to work with the stores and transporting process to avoid this problem, but it has been difficult. Complain to your store manager if the noodles are so broken up or old. They leave the manufacturer fresh and intact.

These noodles are great for soups and such!! They come pre broken so I don’t have to break them like the complainer in the last review. If you want long noodles for a dish go buy a box and stop making a fantastic company’s name taste bad in your mouth. These are the best freshest noodles out there!!! Nuff said

I have purchased the wide egg noodles on three different occasions but always from the same store, Valley Foods in Burnsville Mn. Never again. They are always broken into pieces and look like a plate of mush after being cooked. Do NOT recommend this brand.

I bought the extra wide noodles at my local grocery (at a steep price) and when I cooked them, they fell apart in a million pieces. I will never buy them again!
