I live over half an hour away from Blue Collar and am always excited when I have a reason to get back over there for some of their deliciously smoked goodies. They moved to a new location several weeks back and it's a very nice space. I highly recommend checking them out. Contrary to some of the older reviews on here their food is very tasty!

Hubby and I stopped in for a late lunch, 1st time here. Cute place, but could use some music or a tv. Too quiet. Friendly staff, but slow to get to us, even though there was only 1 other table occupied. Unfortunately by the time the waitress came to take our order, she said they "just ran out of ribs". Ugh. In the end it was worth the wait.I got walley, hubby got brisket. Everything was delicious. We'll be back again, hopefully they'll have ribs this time.

The service is was slow. The server offered to cover our 2nd beers because of the wait. After an hour and a half, they apologized because our orders was “lost”. Stated it would be 10 minutes. After 20 minutes and a 3rd table served, that arrived well after us, we left. Nearly two hours later, we were very hungry and upset. They still charged us for our first beers and only offered an apology. Food smelled great, but I won’t return again.

Delicious bbq! We just got our first pick up order from them tonight and loved it. It’s our new favorite. The portions were great and everything was delicious. We thought the cornbread muffins fell a little short compared to other bbq places but the sides and ribs were excellent! We definitely recommend this place. The Mac and cheese, cheesy potatoes, and of course the ribs were our favorites.

Just drove by and this place looks like it will be the coolest new spot for dinner and beer/wine in the Blaine, Circle Pines, Lexington, Lino Lakes area. The north burbs is in need of nicer places to dine out and this looks to be just that!

So...this is BBQ at its finest!! Old school rub done right with just the right sweetness and spices. Premium ribs that fall off the bone. House made sides...try the smoky mac and cheese! Tell your friends there's a new Q in town...FAB!!

I love this place. Now that they have moved it is great. They opened up a very beautiful dinning area and they also have a bar.

Delicious food, attentive and knowledgeable staff. This hidden gem is well worth the trip! The walleye is crispy and very fresh tasting! The ribs were fall off the bone tender with great flavor! we can't think of one thing that needs improvement. we can't wait to come back!

We contacted them to see if they had Pig Wings, and were sent a screen shot of there menu stating they did. When we went there 1 week later we asked for them and the owner came out and said they haven't had them in month's. The tap handle says 1919 Root Beer, but the menu says Lift Bridge Root Beer. No way this was 1919 Root Beer, it was served in a big water glass that was 80% ice. 1919 Root Beer is never served on ice. They didn't even have straws. The owner Mark was very nice, but didn't make up for the poor quality of service and food!

Overcooked dry brisket served cold, poor service, metallic taste in sides, nice atmosphere/layout. Ribs weren't ready yet when we ordered, usually a good sign that the food will be good and ready when it's ready, not in this case, must mean we were eating yesterday's brisket and it tasted like it. Server/hostess was clueless to computer and menu and ignored us. bartender was nice and tried hard to help out. potatoes tasted like they were cooked in a solder pot. dry flavorless cornbread. Barbecue sauce was fantastic if you like sweet, clearly housemade. I prefer spicy and there's no option for that or a vinegarish or carolina sauce if that's your preference. There's alot of promise here, especially for a Minnesota barbecue joint but ALOT of fail. step it up or close the doors.
