I went in today to get fish tacos (I order weekly sometimes twice for the last 2-3 years). And today was the rudest behavior I’ve ever seen. She removed my points after entering in my phone number. I thought it was rude but would just call to complain. I was hung up by 3 different employees and all I asked was to be transferred to management to get the points figured out. Absolutely disgusting from one business owner to another how this was handled today.

I ordered from the app in Circle Pines store at about 11:30 a.m. and then I waited for a little bit and asked if they got my order and they did not apparently the app when you put ASAP puts in its own time which was 11:53 they didn't have any orders so I'm not really sure why they didn't start my order but I had to show them the receipt and then they figured it out it was well worth the wait the burrito was very good way better than Chipotle and much bigger and pricing is great!

Don't let the woman who's the cashier make your burrito she won't put any meat on it unless she knows you're going to tip I find that unacceptable you should too

This place is great. Its clean, quiet, and quick. Their food is great. Comparable to Chipotle, but I like that they have Spanish rice and add ons, like mangoes.

New burrito joint in the burbs! These places are the best when you love things besides bar food like burgers and fries. They're usually run by families who live in your neighborhood and if frequented by the neighborhood they become staples for years and are woven into the fabric of the community and the country as a whole. They're what makes America great. I've been coming here since they opened. I get a burrito each time. Been bringing my daughter occasionally and she loves the nacho platter. The people are super friendly and they make the greatest carnitas which I someday hope to properly pronounce. They're slowly building up and I can tell it's catching on so do something great for your neighbors and get some takeout tonight. You'll probably see me there.

Second time I’ve been here. Second time the food has been ice cold by the time I get home (5 minutes) staff has always been friendly which is why it’s 2 stars. But come on… microwaving sour cream and lettuce is not something a customer should do, not to mention it’s gross.
Will definitely be the last for me.

Love love love the breakfast burrito! $8.45 unless you add queso (not necessary but is a good add). They make the scrambled eggs fresh for your burrito and the tortilla! My only complaint is I wish they would let you get any meat in the breakfast burrito and not just sausage or bacon! The carnitas are very good. My kids love the tacos and the fun bottled Jarritos. Great local spot!
I really wanted to like this place but every time I've eaten there my burrito has been filled with cold meat and queso. It's never hot enough. The queso was packed with onion and tomatoes. There is 4 Mexican restaurants in this city within 1 mile of each other and I'm sad to say this one isn't the greatest.

Always fantastic food and great service! The Monticello location specifically is awesome - I had ordered nachos for pickup and they waited to make them so they wouldn’t get soggy….they didn’t have to do that, but the customer service is just that good

Went here for the first time today. I usually get a veggie bowl for the same price from chipotle. This was EXTREMELY disappointing!! For $9 it’s half as much food as chipotle gives. Also I got a veggie bowl and all that’s in it is rice, a tiny scoop of pinto beans and a bunch of onions. This is pretty shameful that they charge roughly $9 for this

This place is amazing, best burrito Ive ever had. Freshly made tortillas right in front of you, fresh ingredients, locally owned. When i crave a burrito i crave brito’s burritos! They deserve great reviews and a whole lotta traction, thanks brito’s burritos!
