How is this place still open? I mean seriously does anyone at this dump care about the work they do? Every single time i go my food is either burned or missing what i bought. The attitudes they show customers is unbelievable. Its also funny how they never have a full staff. Thr food is always nasty, the service is trash and the atmosphere is terrible.

Coming here is a hit or miss been here 4 times as I live down the road and I love their onion rings. Anytime I get anything else 50/50 chance it won't be good. I have lost my debit card here the person's never gave it back I should have double checked but that was on me too. Service is spotty sometimes you'll get the hello or just a hand out the window for your payment with no greeting. I usually just go to Culver's since their service is always good even if it costs more. I would recommend ordering very little here and double check before you leave the drive thru. One time I got the hand out the window and I just left like at least say hello.

The Hispanic Male There Has The worst customer service it’s 7:30pm he doing inventory during hours of service You can’t count food to close during hours of operation and get mad because you gave me old and cold food and I want you to make my food fresh and expect me to be happy about it.

The man on the drive thru window tonight 11/20 was not someone that should be there. Not a single word was spoken from him just a hand jot the window for my payment. Got home, the fries were good, only get 5/8 chicken fries when I ordered 8. Tried it out because I thought it would be quick. I will not be going back

Just made a trip to try the Brisket Whopper. Normally my satisfaction is all 5 stars. Not for this sandwich. When I bit into it, I discovered it was a hamburger patty! I had to really look for brisket meat. There is so little shredded it doesn't even cross the bun. What a disappointment for something new BK is promoting!!
