To start I want to note, this might be my first ever negative review. I’m leaving this review after waiting 20 minutes in line with one car in front of me that hasn’t ordered yet and one car at the window waiting for their food. If I wasn’t stuck in the stupid single lane drive through I would have been gone 10 minutes ago. I’ve seen some bad services at FAST food chains but this one tops them all. I guess I’ll update when I get my food.

My family and I arrived at this Burger King around 6:40 p.m. This included myself, my girlfriend, our daughter, my sister and her daughter, and our parents. We were hoping to enjoy a meal together, which is a rare occasion for us. However, despite the dining room being listed as open until 9:00 p.m., the doors were locked, and we couldn’t go inside. Several employees were clearly visible, but when we tried to get their attention, we were completely ignored.
It was frustrating to have our family gathering turned into a hassle. We ended up going to a nearby McDonald’s, which had an open dining room. This experience felt very unprofessional and rude, and I wouldn’t recommend this Burger King.

It's under New Management. The manager I spoke with today was very helpful in aiding me in the direction to resolve an issue I'm having with the Forest lake location. I strongly suggest not going to that location (unless you're willing to defend yourself against the employees apparently they get drunk and hang out there and try to fight the customers in the Drive-Thru.) He was very accommodating to my issue and I hope to hear back from the branch manager. Thanks again for your help.

The lobby was closed over a half hour early this place is a piece of crap place to stop at to get food. The manager closed the lobby and didn't want anyone in the lobby there soda through drive thru tasted flat and like the pop heads haven't been cleaned in months.

Never asked if wanting a receipt or crown, no sauce for nuggets, food was cold. They locked the lobby over a half hour early. Had 3 people standing around doing nothing. Their soda through drive thru tasted flat and like the pop nozzles hadn't been cleaned in 7 months. The bread wasn't toasted and the person that brought out the food was rude and wouldn't answer about the receipt or even bring it out to us.

Most disgusting whopper ever considering I deliver bread for a living that 5 inch whopper bun was hard and out dated !! Waste of money and to the garbage it went...imagine this no one answered the phone...

This place can't seem to get its act together. They lock the doors to their dining hall without notice, they don't prepare online orders in advance, and they mess up the orders even so. Today was the last straw - ordered two whoppers, one with cheese, one without. What do I get? Two burgers with only cheese on them. Messed up the only part of a small order that had any customization to it.
Only 2 people working the whole store. I waited 20 minutes for my food. 10 minutes waiting for her to take my order and another 10 minutes my sandwiches sat on the warmer waiting for fries. The woman started yelling "whose is this?" Slamming my whopper on the warmer. I said it's mine and I'm still waiting for fries. She handed me my bag and I went out to my car. The bun was burnt for my chicken sandwich and my whopper had so much mayo the top bun was drenched. Absolutely disgusting!! I just threw it away. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns and drinks, they PARK ME EVERY TIME, I sat here for 20 minutes so I called into the restaurant and they said THEY FORGOT MY ORDER! So that means they clear the screen to show shorter drive thru times!!! They park almost every one, the staff can be rude and they can’t get a simple order right! When will this place get better management???
