Ordered online through GrubHub and paid, waited for 50 minutes, then on my way to pickup order GrubHub said it canceled the order due to no response from the restaurant. Thanks for wasting my time waiting for grossly over priced wings.

Recently moved to Circle pines decided to try the carbones out here cause we didn't wanna go out we wanted to have pizza delivered. Went to put the order in and they only offer delivery through grub hub which I refuse to use do to very poor experiences with them. That's kind of a let down but not a huge deal since we live like 2 minutes away. Put in the order then I came on here to get the exact address cause I knew it was close but wasn't sure where it was located. Started reading some pretty negative reviews about service and food declining since new owners. Burnt food missing items long wait times small marinara sauce cups and overall just bad service. Definitely made me wish I would of checked the reviews ahead of time. The order was already placed though and the wife kids and myself were hungry so I didn't cancel the order. Figured id just see what happens. Well im pleased to say everything was perfect. Marinara sauce cups were a good size with plenty of sauce. The food was cooked to perfection. Pizza good cheese curds were excellent salad was good pizza fries were different than im used to (super thin crust) but were also very good. Order was ready when it was supposed to be and no missing items. Besides the delivery option it was 5 stars on everything. Apparently they have taken the advice from the negative reviews and corrected those issues. I have not dined in so I cant comment on that but do intend to go jn there sometime. If your hesitant to order (because of the reviews) or were not happy with an order in the past I say give them a chance. It appears they listen to the customers and take the corrective action needed to improve. Probably should of took the pix of my food before everyone started devouring it but like I said we were hungry

I only ever get take out here, so the service and atmosphere do not really apply. I always see the kitchen staff and they greet me. The most important thing is that the pizza is fantastic. Everyone in my extended family loves it.

The pizzas are small with limited toppings, have no flavor and over are priced compared to other shops, the 4 servers couldn’t seem to handle the 4 occupied tables or manage to clean off vacant ones. A lot of the normal seating is done seems they want to be a bar more than a restaurant wont be going back.

I used to live close to this Carbones, but now live out of state where there are no Carbones so we were so excited to stop and try our old favorite pizza and I’m sorry to say that although it was good it is not the same pizza that I remember when the last owner Ran this store. The standard trust they use now is much thinner and almost like a cracker crust. And a special on the menu definitely is a bit spicier than I remember as well. . The must have here is the garlic cheese bread. They are incredible and you can almost feel your artery shrink as you eat the gob of fresh melted cheese on them. The atmosphere is very different than what you would expect for a pizza place as this used to be an office for someone who built log homes and the previous owners purchased it and converted it into a restaurant.

Yes, we had 5 pizzas ordered, but it took 90 minutes for the food. Didn't seem overly busy either - ouch.

I have been going to this carbones for years, since they were in the northway shopping center even, and I am now very disappointed with this place. Tonight I went for broasted chicken and they had given my order to someone else, so I waited for them to make me a new one and was facing this giant sign and noticed I wasn’t given the advertised $2 off for my order either. They proceeded to tell me that it was because I did not dine in when no where on their advertisement does it specify this. Also, could they not just give me the discount for making me wait an additional 20 minutes for my chicken when they gave someone else an entire order of it for free?

I have given this place a second chance about 5 times and after tonight I will never go back . Hair in my salad and a deep dish is no longer a deep dish . I would suggest taking it off the menu if one cannot no longer be made.

We have had some pretty bad service at this location but tonight it was terrible. We ordered at 5:02 we looked because of happy hour. I ordered a lemonade my husband a water and a half order of cheese bread. We also ordered hogies at the same time. At 5:45 we left. still waiting for our sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous. We did pay for the cheese bread and lemonade, gave the bar tender money and she walked in the back and never came back. All around bad service. Lots of unhappy customers.

Beer is cold food is great. People are incredibly friendly both the waitstaff and the patrons. love it here, I end going at least four times a week!!

The server pointed out the lunch specials on the bottom of the menu, which I had completely overlooked. I ended up choosing a lunch special!

Always a great time at Carbone's! The log cabin interior makes you feel right at home. That on top of freshly made pizzas and fantastic service always makes for a fun night! I recommend getting the broasted Chicken.
