It’s always clean, friendly service and has fresh pizza available. We’re lucky to have this gas station in Circle Pines. This is how all Casey’s should be.

Ordered a pizza on the phone said it’ll be ready in about 17 minutes come down 25 minutes later to find out they haven’t even started on it, told them to scrap the order, not interested in badly managed shops. Thanks for ruining dinner Casey!

So I just left this store and normally I wouldn’t be mad but I’m slightly annoyed because Desiree carded me for cigarettes didn’t cry the person in front of me I didn’t call the person behind me. I wonder why that was 1402 it is Monday. I feel like if you’re going to card one person you should card everybody and keep it fair.

This is a gas station with some convenience items. I got water. Very nice person behind the counter helped me take it to the car.

Terrible, me and my crew stopped multiple times while doing work for the City of circle pines. Every time there's no food. No wraps, burgers, pizza nothing. At lunch time we get 30 mins, and I can't wait. Good thing there's a quiktrip just up the road. I will not be back

UPDATE: They did it again. Order placed, acknowledged, charged, order status now Delivered and the order has not been delivered. I called the store and they told me delivering the order has nothing to do with them. I explained to them I had ordered this from Casey's and both Casey's people I talked to denied any responsibility for delivery and they refused to take any action to complete my order.So I called DoorDash. They were unable to reach the delivery driver, who seems to have simply stolen my order and quit their job. I asked DoorDash about Casey's bizarre treatment of me and they told me problems like this are supposed to be handled between Casey's and DoorDash and that customers should not have to handle Casey's delivery failures ourselves and of course that is correct.The problem here is that the two people I talked to at Casey's were not doing their jobs and require instruction from someone who understands how they are supposed to do their jobs.I called the store again and recounted my call with DD. The Casey's person denied knowledge of how to address a delivery failure but eventually admitted she could call DD herself and reluctantly agreed to do so. After grousing that I should just come pick up my order myself, she recommended I reorder and expect a long wait because other orders were ahead of mine. This, of course, is ludicrous. I reminded her my order was already more than half an hour late and asked for contact info for the owner, which I was denied.I reordered and am interested to see what happens. The owner is to be in the store tomorrow and I look forward to discussing this with them.UPDATE: Thinking it is safe to order drinks from them, I tried that today. Door Dash delivered my order and I found that I had not received what I had ordered. I called the store and the woman I talked to gave me a vague promise to deliver what I had ordered. That was hours ago and radio silence. I'm the idiot here - I keep giving them chances to fix their mistakes and they keep letting me down.ORIGINAL REMARKS:See photo. Unbelievable. He's didn't even knock, just dropped my food on the floor and slithered away. I called the store to tell them the guy put my food on the floor and all she would do is tell me DoorDash had delivered it. And then DoorDash told me to call the store. Obviously, anybody who doesn't want to eat off the floor should order from elsewhere.I called the store again after DoorDash shirked their responsibility and the woman I spoke to took my name and number and promised the manager would call the next day. It is now 6PM on the next day and still no call.So not only does this store do business with a company that employs people who silently drop food on the FLOOR and skulk away, they employ people who do not do as they'll say.It's despicable.UPDATE: I sent a message using the instructions in the reply the day the reply was posted. That was three days ago and no response so far.UPDATE: Two weeks later and still no response. This started as an extremely easy problem to fix - stop dropping food on the floor. Now we've got complete failures from four vectors. Unreal.

Just stopped in for some gas and saw the store manager giving someone with no money five dollars worth of gas. What a nice man,Then the gentleman called him an a-hole for not filling his tank?‍♂️. I will keep going here because of his nice gesture.

Every time I've been coming up they have a kid running around the store and it's gotta be one of the workers kids . Or is a kid from the neighborhood, then the parents need to get they son

The date is 2/11/2022 and it’s 8:30 pm. I called to order my favorite pizza and the female who answered the phone whined at me that she closes in an hour and she still has to clean the kitchen. As a former pizza manager at Papa Johns, I used to fire my closers for this. This isn’t just unprofessional, but without a follow up or any customer service, I will not order from Casey’s here ever again because I personally can’t handle the disrespect.

Super rude, the lady that answered the phone was actually annoyed that I wanted to place an order because they already had an hour wait. This isn't the first time this happened either
