I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered a hand made vegetarian pizza, but when it arrived, it had many pieces of meat baked into the handmade cheese toppings. As someone who does not eat meat, this was very upsetting and made the entire pizza inedible.
Wanting to resolve the issue, I called the restaurant directly. Unfortunately, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the manager hung up on me. Ordering food should come with the confidence that what you ask for is respected, especially when dietary restrictions or lifestyle choices are involved. Between the mix-up in the order and the dismissive behavior when I tried to address it, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would never go to this place again.

Worst pizza ever! Instead of rectifying their mistake, they decided to hang up l. It was definitely done deliberately to disgust the customers. Never going back to this place again. So disappointed!

Whenever I ask for extra banana peppers its always the same as just normal banana peppers. And they need help on how to cut pizza a little bit more evenly🤣. But the end result is always pretty good!

The app says it was delivered, and we have nothing. I called in after a half hour of being in “Quality Check” and was told my order was being delivered “right now”. Not only was it not delivered then, but it was not delivered at all. Very disappointed with the lack of thought and consideration to the customer. When I pay for food and delivery of said food, I expect it to be delivered in a timely manner. I don’t think that’s much to ask coming from a delivery driver myself. Do better.

They nailed my somewhat complex order, was hot and ready to go when they said, and all 30 mins before close. Very happy with my experience and will be coming back to this location, no hesitation

We ordered 2 pizza's and a cheese bread tonight at 813pm, it's 912pm and still no food, I called and asked about our pizza and the manager got mad at me at hung up! I called backed and asked what he could do for me, he says I can refund your money but you will no longer be available to order from here again. I said that's not fair I've never ever had an issue here. This is the first time I've ever had a problem. I said we'll I would like my food that I paid for, you can keep my money but I will no longer ever order from domino's in lino lakes/ circle Pines minnesota ever again after tonight. That's ridiculous that a customer can't call and ask about there pizza when it's been well over an hour. I have children waiting to eat, and still no food. Plus he hung up on me twice and threatened me that I will never be able to order there again because I called on my pizza. Horrible Horrible service Plus our pizza was totally cold and soggy when it got here. But above all things I cannot believe this manager on duty hung up on me twice and threatened me. ☹️
