El Loro is a beloved cornerstone of the neighborhood. The food and drinks are great but what really makes El Loro special is the staff. They are amazing. They work hard and are always friendly and welcoming. This community loves El Loro and it's staff and are thankful to have them here.

So we've been going here for well since they opened like 20 years ago and tonight was the first time that the food was awful literally pouring grease off my plate from under my food I showed this to them they just said oh we'll make you knew I'm like okay ask for more guacamole and he sees that I don't have any more chips doesn't bring me any more chips I sit there and eat guacamole with a fork don't understand what happened to that place it used to be fantastic we ordered Jalisco which is normally fantastic we had placed a to-go order as well but canceled that paid my bill for $34 for one dinner two guacamole and a cheese dip was told no manager on staff for the evening like I said I have eaten there multiple umpteen times don't get what happened to this place nobody seem to care

This place is our family go to!! Birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, and week night stops. Great friendly staff and wonderful food that is always fresh and tasty. We have been going for years. They have a great ala cart menu too which is super affordable and filing too if you wanted a simpler meal like 1 burrito and a taco for under $10! It’s great.

Mixed review. My Jalisco was good..four stars..hers was not..plain, tasteless quesadilla. Service just ok..think we got handed off..didn't ask how the food was or if needed drink refills. Would I go back? Probably not. Wasn't bad...just average imo.

They always forget something, I was missing my beans and rice for my burrito, didn’t notice until I was already at work, or I ask for no lettuce and they still put it on. Just not consistent at all.
Food is great. Good ambience with some Mexican radio playing. Staff is friendly but should be more atttentive. We were almost waiting for more than 10-15min to find one for asking something. Ordered a mushroom veggie quesadilla which was amazing and a singe chicken taco. Chicken taco is ok ok since it has no taste (kind of bland).
