Went to get a meal last night, a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, got the milk and large fries, but they gave me a 4-piece chicken nugget for a kid meal instead of the 10 piece. Can’t get one meal right.

Burnt sausage McMuffin for $2.09 (more expensive than other McDonald’s in the area too).

We took the kids to the play place which was a nice option to have but the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. There is no apparent effort to even wipe off the tables. It's kinda gross to eat there. But it is Mickey D's, what do you expect?

Hands down the rudest fast food crew I’ve ever ordered from. I almost just drove off in the middle of ordering.

Whoever was working the drive-thru window tonight (dark skin black hoodie) around 11:30pm made it very obvious they did not want to be there. She was FaceTiming someone on her phone while standing in front of the window while I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for my food. She then proceeded to tell whoever she was facetiming that the person who allows mcdonalds to be open til midnight “is an idiot”. She then proceeded to swear out loud multiple times with the window wide open as I continued waiting and was laughing obnoxiously with whoever she was on the phone with. Normally this stuff doesn’t bother me but I’ve worked in the food industry for several years and this is highly unprofessional and downright inappropriate. If you hate your job that bad, either change your schedule or go work somewhere else. Forgive me for just getting off work myself, and wanting something quick to eat before heading home after a long shift. Not to mention, the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and did not taste fresh at all. I guess I’ve learned my lesson not to come here later at night.

I love going for the app. deals and the yearly shamrockParking: I love that handicap is not to far from the store, the drive up for mobile orders, and plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Play place a bit small, but gets the job done for young children separated from the main partWheelchair accessibility: The door is not to far from handicap as well as a built-in side walk meant for wheelchairs. There is also special tables in the restaurant for the handicap

Hate it all you want, McDonalds is still the best fast food, potentially the best cheeseburger you'll ever have in your life.

I hadn't been to this location for awhile as our past experiences haven't been that great here. But I gave it another try last night. I wish I hadn't. The wokers were extremely rude and unprofessional. The man who took our order in the drive-through seemed to have a snotty attitude from the start, and even more so after I had asked for a plain hamburger for my daughter. Maybe because they had to make that fresh? Other times I've asked for a plain burger, they usually put something else on it, so I now I ask for "just the meat and the bun please" so it isn't doused in ketchup or onions like it has been in the past. I was really nice in asking since I know it is a special request, and I was trying to tell him thanks and how we appreciate it since I could tell that he was in a bad mood and I even felt bad for him, but he was awful in return. Everyone has bad days, and I'm sure it isn't the most fun job, so whatever, I don't say anything or complain back. We got to the window to pay, and there was a female employee, darker complected with bleached hair, at the window dancing around, literally scratching both of her armpits, stomping her feet, spinning in circles, laughing and shrieking and seriously acting like she was drunk or high. Her eyes were huge and bulging and she seemed completely out of it. Um, okay? It was bizarre. The young man who took our payment started rolling his eyes, shaking his head and swearing at her. Then he started using vulgar language and yelling profanities to someone in the back as if me and my young daughter couldn't hear. It was horrible. My daughter looked scared to death. The last guy at the second window who handed me our food looked annoyed and completely exhausted, our food was spilled all over inside the bag and it took awhile to get it, but at least he didn't act as rude to us as the others. Not once did we hear a "please", or a "thank you", or an "I'm sorry" or witness anything at all from the four employees we saw that would have led us to believe they had any kind of manners or professionalism at all. I know it is hard to get good staff. But come on. This isn't asking for perfection but just some basic common courtesies toward others. It certainly does not excuse the kind of behavior we saw and the profanities we heard. Paying customers deserve better than that. Making at least some kind of attempt at being a tiny bit polite would go a long ways with people and might save you some bad reviews. If that's really so incredibly difficult for the staff there, then maybe they shouldn't be working in customer service. The food wasn't completely horrible but it wasn't great either. The burger I had was cold, the bread was hard, dry and tasted old. After a couple of bites I threw it away. The fries were good and was the only decent part of the experience. My daughters burger was fine too since they had to make that fresh. They gave us both the wrong drinks which honestly isn't a huge deal (and after witnessing what we did, there was no way I was going back to the store for the right ones). The ones we were given tasted strange too, so those also got thrown away. The food definitely wasn't worth what we paid for. The behavior and immaturity of the employees was what really bothered us more than the food. Overall, not a good experience at all. Our family usually eats pretty healthy but once a month or so will go to McDonalds or something similar as a treat. But this location was super disappointing. The extra miles driving to Lino Lakes or Blaine locations are worth it. The Circle Pines location is by far the worst I've ever been to.
