Terrible customer service. Treated like i was non existent when i ordered. Made other peoples food after i ordered because they seemed to know the people. And then didnt make my order correct. Not to mention the hygiene was questionable when i saw one of the workers touch their hair with the gloves on and didnt take them off afterwards.

I order pizza regularly, and every time I do I wonder why. I have not had a pizza made correctly in months. Usually they use the wrong sausage (I order ground because I don’t like chunky Italian) and they still put the wrong kind on there. Today I decided not to get sausage at all and they left off the meatballs.I know good help is hard to find so they have a bunch of kids working there, but man, I wish they could get it right JUST ONCE.Maybe I need to quit using the app and supervise, because nobody else is.

Stopped by to pick up pizza for dinner. Beings there is a Vikings Game going on right now they were really hopping. They had plenty of staff working. I ordered the thin crust pizza with Canadian Bacon, hamburger and green olives. Should be a good dinner..

Ordered online on Halloween. I know pizza places can be busy which is why I preordered around 1:30 for a 4:15 pick up time. I arrived and after checking outside for my pizza and cheese bread, discovered that it wasn’t ready. I went inside, checked with the cashier who couldn’t locate my order while another worker commented “I don’t know why someone would order ahead of time”.Meanwhile, a staff looks in the back, doesn’t follow up with me. I end up having to again ask the cashier and they finally ask for my pizza to be made but inform me they don’t have cheese bread (which I pre-ordered and pre-paid for). I asked for a refund for the cheese bread but they couldn’t issue it and instead write down my name/number. I don’t have a high confidence in this store returning my call with how crazy it was but I’ll be following up. Also, when they made my pizza, it wasn’t done correctly… ?. Very disappointed and likely wouldn’t recommend in the future. Food is good if you can get it…customer service is severely lacking.

So people can make the decision to wait or get food some where else. I will never order from papa murphy's again.

This Papa Murphy's is horribly managed... I've been here many times after ordering online where I've been told there is a 20-30 minute wait even though I've already waited ahead of time. The problem is that the young folks they have working here serve walk ins ahead of online orders. Before you know it the entire restaurant is FULL of people that ordered ahead of time due to the backup they cause... ALL online orders are delayed because the pile of receipts for online orders is not moving at all. This is a flawed system clearly and will only result in many many unhappy customers such as myself standing here 10 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready and having to wait another 15 minutes...
