If I could give zero stars, I would. The first time I came here, the cashier was super nice and understanding. Today was my second time here, and let me tell you—it was a completely different experience. The cashier was rude, backhanded, and ignorant. It wasn’t what she said, but how she said it.
I rarely come here, so I wanted to double-check whether there were other toppings available or if we could build our own pizzas (let me remind you, this was only my second time here). She responded with, “It’s right there,” in a dismissive tone. While I understand that the sign was upfront, I was only asking because I wasn’t sure.
I then asked for two slices of pizza, and the cashier—a middle-aged woman—said, “We don’t have sliced pizzas 😒… only whole ones.” If you could have seen her facial expressions and reactions while speaking to a customer who was simply asking basic questions and trying to place an order, you would never want to come back.
The cashier’s service was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE and DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING. I will NEVER be returning. Please TEACH your WORKERS common DECENCY, MANNERS, and HUMANITY.

This is my neighborhood pizza joint. The food is decent, but the service left a lot to be desired. I ordered a pizza on Saturday and was told it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. When I arrived, I was informed that my pizza had been burnt and that a new one would take another 25 minutes. While I appreciated the honesty, I was disappointed they hadn’t started remaking the pizza before I got there, knowing it was already ruined. I agreed to wait, but when I finally picked it up, I was surprised they still charged me full price without offering any discount or apology for the extra wait. That lack of consideration really soured the experience. I won’t be going back. Rocco’s it is, they have the best customer service.

The pizza is the best in town, tasty cheese and spiced right red sauce with a good crust, it comes together well. The spaghetti uses the pizza sauce as the red sauce, it's too thick and salty, bread sticks are not firm but almost soggy, perhaps from absorbing moisture from the tin foil they're wrapped in. Skip the pasta, go for the pie.
Stopped by for a quick slice during lunch time. It hit the spot in a way I didn't know I needed. Fast, friendly staff.

I messed up entering my billing address when ordering and twice my card was charged but my order did not go through so I called the store and I was very upset (I was charged twice for a $74 order) The lady I spoke with, and I wish I could remember her name, really talked me down. She explained to me what happened and that my money would be refunded to my bank in a couple business days. She took my order on the phone and my pizza (which is ALWAYS hot and delicious) was delivered with a quickness! The driver was so nice and we chatted about cats. Anyway the pizza is always great, but I usually order online so I don’t get to have a customer service experience. This time I did and it was awesome! I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped me on the phone and my driver cuz they were awesome!!! I wish I could request this driver every time! I ordered on August 9th in the evening. Those two employees are STELLAR!!
