Worst burger king I've ever been to slow service food was terrible the pop tasted like carbonated water didn't give us everything we ordered. Never eating here again.

Absolutely the biggest joke of a restaurant. 20 MINUTES WAITING FOR OUR FOOD!!! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE!! GOT NO APOLOGIES FROM THE STAFF FOR THE WAIT!!!

They messed up our order, didn't open the bag until we got home. We live 30 minutes away so we couldn't go back. We called, i was polite, and they were immediately annoyed and already knew they had made the mistake. Some lady Said they'd mail us something to at least get our money back for the impossible meal we never got. And they didn't mail anything. They must of just lied to get me off the phone.

Double texas whopper sloppy smeared with mustard and ketchup tastes awful couldn't finish due to poor flavor. Jolepeno bites were not what was expected. I inspected order before leaving store they handed me the wrong bag of food. I asked for a larger beverage they told me it's an extra 85 cents.he said it's 85 cents extra for the larger soda and fries. I said I wasn't gonna order a larger fries but as long as it's costing me an extra 85 cents anyway go ahead and give them to me. On the receipt it was an extra 85 cents for fries and another extra 85 cents for the drink. I was the only customer other than a guy sleeping on a bench completely sprawled out next to the wall. No more Burger King for me NEVER AGAIN.

It’s truly amazing how my order is wrong every time. Ordered croisanwhichs on the app before work and got nasty biscuits and they said they don’t carry cold foam. Not even close to the first time they’ve messed up my order. Matter of fact I cant remember the last time they gave me a correct order.

Fair warning. Do not go through the drive-thru after 10Pm at this Burgerking even if says they are open to drive thru till 12mn. It is the most inefficient ridiculous setup that you can possibly imagine. Check always your order after they hand it to you coz they won’t even tell you that the item inside is not the one you’ve placed order.Customer service worst ever during the night specially name Jessica. The store is open till 12mn ,but people work at night will just close it early than the said working hrs,and you don’t have any choice coz she will say the grilled is closed already so she will microwave your burger patty that’s ridiculous. Make your self work with the company paying you and if you not happy on what you getting paid and not happy on your job just resign and find place where you think you are qualified instead ruining the quality of food and quality of service of Burger King!

What a great crew! Three people ran the whole place with great attitudes... positive towards customers, so amazing. Its not uncommon to see staffing shortages these days, but it IS uncommon to see folks working this hard with such great attitudes. Ownership take note please. 😁

Arrived with the kiddo just after the breakfast menu ended, ordered some chicken fries, Whopper Jr, and split some french fries. Everything was hot and fresh. Crew was friendly and the whole place looked fantastic. Was a great little stop for lunch while out and about.

Spent 1500 crowns to get two shakes it let me order it and then I was told that the machine is down and that there’s nothing that they can do about my points or anything else. This happened on 19 September called tonight to see if there’s something that can be done because I really want my shakes and they answer Stay on the line for a minute and then hang up on me and when I called back, they didn’t answer again. Their service is so slow it’s annoying.

We were told to wait at the order speaker for someone to take our order so we did. For twenty minutes. Every single car left behind us so we did too- the drive-through was completely empty.
