Got the whopper with cheese, should have called it the sloppy with cheese way too much on the condiments. Took too many napkins and too much work to keep the sandwich together to enjoy eating it.

Need to update the store hours. Sunday is not open at the online posted 6am time. This is the second time I've came here, and will not be coming back. We placed an online order the first time 15 minutes in advance, and still had to wait another 10 minutes once we got there. Today we placed and paid for an online order, and got to the restaurant and they're closed. The hours need to coordinate with the online ordering service, especially if you're allowing people to place an online order expecting to pick up food.

The managers were some nit pickers on there employees.
First off the cashier stared at me waiting for me to say hi, he looked as if he was going to murder me. Got my order wrong. Second the floor was so sticky that my flip flops stuck to the floor and pulled one apart. Third when I asked for crowns for my daughter's the girls said that she didn't think they have them any more. Kids burgers didn't come with pickles and the chicken nuggets were way over cooked. Could have broke a child's tooth of them. Took almost 10 minutes to get our food but I saw it all sitting on the warmer waiting the entire time. Will never come here again, EVER!

This was the first time in my life I can say I felt I was served garbage rather than food. After 25 minutes my family threw out what we were served and waited for the cabin to eat. Shame on the corporation for allowing such a disgraceful operation.

This specific BK has gone downhill. Got 3 sandwiches and 1 drink, service was fast but not interactive. Drive-thru clerk didn't say a single word, just stuck hand out for payment and slammed window shut. Once we got our food, 2 of our 3 burgers weren't even fully wrapped in the bag. Only reason we went was because grandma wanted a specific burger from there. Was not worth it this time, unfortunately.
