“BOO to all the naysayers. I drive from Coon Rapids at least once a month just to breathe some non-city air and deal with down-to-earth friendly people. Have never seen or experienced any negativity towards anyone. Yes, it can get a little raucous and rowdy at times but THAT IS A BONUS!! They don't have a fancy menu but that's not what it's about. You can walk up to anyone in there and start talking to them and it's like they know you and you know them. “Looking for the Best Fast Food here… it’s Burger King in Clearwater, MN l. It has become my favorite local spot for fast food.

The breakfast is incredibly affordable, and the 2 burgers for $5 deal is hard to beat. I also appreciate being able to grab a senior coffee for just 60 cents, which makes it an easy and welcoming stop for people in the community.

What really stands out here is the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. It feels like a great place to come by for a quick meal, a local hangout, or just a good conversation. I especially enjoy talking with Jenn, the manager, who always brings a positive attitude and makes the place feel inviting.

It’s also nice to see a business in Clearwater that is helping create opportunities for high school students and others looking for flexible part-time work in a fun, engaging environment. If you’re looking for a friendly place to work or eat in the Central Minnesota area, this is a great choice. Ask for Jenn and say Paul sent you!

I think people forget Dairy Queen’s motto is fan food not fast food and so I am understanding that food take time to cook and that’s okay if there is a little wait .”

“We had lunch today at Dolsie’s, which was delicious! We ordered some of the cupcakes to go at the end of the meal and just tried them. Jaw-dropping good!!! Don’t skip the cupcakes in the case- they aren’t just pretty- they have amazing frosting and fillings. Great little place and I think everyone in the family agrees we should definitely come back! “I have been going to Bo Diddleys for over 30 years and Bo Diddleys subs are the best except for the fact that they switched to Miracle Whip from the traditional Mayo. I remember them trying this switch years ago and they did end up going back to Mayo. At least give us a choice between Miracle Whip and Mayo. Remainder of menu is great.”

“I hate how they automatically charge 18% gratuity. I am old school. A tip is earned by the waitress not guaranteed. If my service is good I tip if it's bad it is low or I don't. I recommend dropping that 100% On to the food it was fast and delicious. we had crawfish, crab legs, small shells, hush puppies, crab cakes, scallops and lobster tails. It was all delicious. The only complaint about the food was that the corn tasted like field corn. However I wasn't there to eat the corn on the cob. I would go back here and eat in a heartbeat, if they dropped the added 18%. With the 18% I am not sure if I would come back very often. I would be more likely to go to another place without it first.”

“Good coffee and friendly baristas. It’s a block off of St Germain, so they have plenty of parking. The building and atmosphere are top notch … there’s nothing like it the SC metro. Supporting locally owned downtown businesses is a good thing!”
