I dined here with my Mom and cousin on Friday, March 29th 2024 for lunch as an after birthday treat!The first fabulous sight we had upon arriving at this fabulous restaurant was the large PRIDE flag hanging in the window celebrating the GLBTQI community and the marvelous fact that this beautiful welcoming place is GLBTQI owned and operated by a delightful couple who truly care about each and everyone of their guests!The environment in this cozy and vibrant, well decorated home to delicious food is that of love of each other and kindness to all! The energy of ARROY just wraps it arms around you upon your arrival!Now, onto the food! Absolutely AMAZING! 5 stars all the way! We ordered delicious Spring Rolls, Egg Rolls, Luptia and Cream Cheese Puffs to start! Served with a vibrant rich Peanut Sauce and 3 other delicious sauces we were all impressed by the quality as well as quantity!Our Entrees were as delicuous as the appetizers! The BEST Pad Thai I have ever tasted! Incredible soft noodles in a rich peanut sauce with juicy, delectable beef and chicken! Served with yummy crushed peanuts and garnished with a wonderful green top onion! Just soooo good!This was ALL topped off by the absolute BEST lemonade I have ever had ANYWHERE!Arroy makes an incredible series of delicious "Mocktails", non alcoholic sweet drinks and this one was their Lemonade Lychee!Their fantastic mixologist came up with the incredible idea of adding Lychee syrup to fresh Lemonade made with the smoothest of filtered water and topping it with a garnish of real Lychee nut/berries! Just the sweetest, most delectable combination ever! The Lemonade is not overly sweet and not too tart either! Just RIGHT!I seriously loved the Lemonade SO much that I bought 3 quarts to take home! Yes, they will sell their non alcoholic drinks to go!Finally, a restaurant can have fabulous food but without a caring staff, it will come up short.ARROY HAS the PERFECT staff! This restaurant is WOMEN empowered! An engaging staff of incredible confident, competent, engaging and caring female servers, chefs and management, owners was all the dessert this gay man needed!"Wonderwomen" owned and operated and staffed!Run, don't walk to Arroy! “Went for a late Easter brunch. They were out of crab cakes but did comp my meal and made another comparable, It was a little too loud with the live music for us as we wanted to visit with family but it all worked out as they quit early. Staff was very friendly.”

“My friends and I come here just about every week, and I’ve taken pretty much everyone I know here. I have yet to be disappointed.They get you seated in record time, and they serve your food impressively fast as well. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and have loved pretty much all of it! My personal go-to is the beef donburi.The staff are smiling and friendly, and they all even say goodbye as you leave. Never had a negative experience here.Overall, I’m very quick to suggest Ippin when my friends and I are looking for somewhere to get good food and service.”

“1st time visit here. The atmosphere is super cozy, warm & inviting. Lost of seating. Food and drinks are somewhat lacking. Our espresso drinks were ok. However, mine tasted a little sour. The bakery items were good & soft - full of flavor, and banana crepe was also really good. I had the avocado toast and was the worst I've ever had. I'd say a tablespoon of avocado on each slice of toast, a little diced up tomato & cubed cheese. The drizzle of Balsamic was a nice tasty touch, but toast needed more ingredients. I ate 1/4 of it. Wish I ordered what everyone else had. Will go back, but will order myself crepes this time.”

“The Local Blend has a great selection of drinks and is a fun place to stop in St. Joe. Their coffee is good, and they offer fun seasonal drinks as well as kombucha. I have gotten some decent lunch items here, but many of the baked goods, like the muffins and scones are dry and a bit lacking in flavor for my taste.”

“I came here with my family for my birthday on a mellow Sunday afternoon. They had a birthday cupcake for me, which was a nice surprise. The food is really good. You get what you pay for. We got a blend of the garlic and house blend. If you love garlic, that's the way to go. The #5 boil was enough to feed 8 of us (6 adults and 2 kids). I would definitely recommend for a special occasion!”

“I will have to say that I have tried their Sour dough bread twice in the last few weeks and it is very good French bread, but it is not sour dough. I have made my own and buy it where ever I go, and what they are selling as sour dough, tastes like a very good, French Bread Boule. I will still buy it, but please relook into what your making.”

What a neat little shop just down from the Skatin’ Place. The SUGAR BUNS are stupid good! Some nice options for breakfast treats, breads and desserts.
