I ordered from this branch alot. They are pretty quick and always nice. They help with any questions I have and the drinks are always awesome. A horrible addiction, but it benefits them HAHA!!, at least I feel less guilty by ordering decaf. I love caribou!

I wish zero stars was an option. Don't go through this drive thru with a truck/confidence they will try and ruin your day, after asking for a manager they wouldn't tell me when they'll be there next I had to go through their corporate office to get a response. Now I know why, the manager condones bad behavior and tried to cover for the bad service by trying to say it was a misunderstanding, no one starts a conversation with a bad attitude while getting your order wrong and saying it's the customers fault and get justified as a misunderstanding. When the manager finally reached out and told me the team member did nothing wrong the manager went further by saying this team member is one of the best. I told the manager if that's the case it shows a lot of her managerial skills and she told me she is very good and proud of her skills at being a manager will the review before mine is claiming you almost killed them twice, I think the manager and the whole team should be replaced before their egos actually kills someone.Thank you Caribou but I'd do something about this location ASAP

This store has almost killed me twice. I am a type 1 diabetic and I love caribou. I get drinks from every other store. The last two times I had coffee from this store my blood sugar dropped to 40 and 45. I tried calling the store manager but she refused to call me back, until I reported her store to the federal authorities that regulate nutrition guide compliance.Dietary restrictions: This store does not follow the proper receipts for their coffee. Nor do they get held accountable for not following the recipe.

Everything is good, when they have it. It is so annoying when they don't have what is clearly advertised on their menu as your ordering. No grilled cheese, no oat milk, and apparently the frozen hot chocolate has been discontinued.

A little dissatisfied. First of all we’re not allowed to do light ice anymore which is whatever but when someone is paying 6 dollars for a drink that isn’t even filled to the top of the CUP and inches away from the lid that is embarrassing. It’s all ice and about half a cup of drink. I’m basically paying for ice that I am not allowed to make lighter anymore I mean come on. Do better

I've attempted to get a Nitro here multiple times a week for 3 weeks and have been turned away because the machine was broken. Went today and heard them whispering in the background then was told its being washed. I asked if I can come back in 10 minutes and they said it won't be done. I'm a clearwater resident and I rarely come to this Caribou anymore. But when I do its nothing but poor service everytime! And I hear the same thing from others. Not building a good reputation at all. As I'm writing this, I'm sitting in the parking lot, watching my wife go through drive thru in our other vehicle. I Been sitting here for 20 to 25 minutes watching her wait to place her order. Haven't even got her order placed yet!!! While there is one car at the drive thru window getting their order. Like this is not even close to what busy is. It is a complete chore everytime getting coffee at this place. Since you guys are the only coffee place/drive thru in town, I would of expected better service. That hasn't been the case since the beginning. Yet again poor service continues here.
