Check receipt when ordering and waiting for food! Several items in our order were incorrect but it was minor things like twist instead of chocolate, whatever. Then realized we were missing an entire meal, it wasn't rung up. So I ordered another meal, and this was also the wrong thing. My daughter said the milk tasted funny and the soft pretzels were hard as rocks. We were in a hurry to get back on the road so didn't want to waste time complaining or trying to get comps on anything. Just a little disappointed in the service and food quality.

Worst fairy queen ever. Just waited 50 mins in the drive through in a fast food restaurant!!! Food was soggy, not fresh at all, no napkins or forks or spoons. Manager talked to us and didn’t even give us a discount. Definitely not going there again.
Very disappointed! It looked like only 2-3 people working so they were a little backed up. I ordered a peanut buster parfait and a pumpkin pie blizzard. They made the parfait first so it was melting from the hot fudge while I was waiting for the blizzard. When they gave me the blizzard, it was made with chocolate soft serve. They told me that their machine was "being wonky" after I questioned my blizzard! They should have told me this before making it so I can choose a different option. Will not be going to the Clearwater, MN location anymore.

Ordered a large chocolate brownie extreme and a cookie dough blizzard. We watched the person literally use a spoon to get the fudge out of the bin because the pump was broken. Then, set the spoon on the counter and re dip multiple times back in. The brownie blizzard tastes off and definitely needs more fudge, and the brownie pieces taste off. The cookie dough blizzard is straight vanilla soft serve with maybe 10 pieces of cookie dough, which are extremely dry. Save your time and money and go to Dairy Queen in Annandale. We've always had the best experience there, and the service is always friendly and excited to serve you.

Kinda frightening! I'm positive this is E-Coli In the Queso sauce! Actually it's disturbing looking! All yellow/brown streaks? Have you ever seen a clear strawberry slushy? We haven't either until today! Apparently out of strawberry sauce!

This location needs to shut down now! No TP in bathroom stall I was in. Ordered and no receipt was given as printer machine for receipts broken so had no way to see order and if charged correctly. We got blizzards (4) first, then had to wait 28 minutes for our food. By now blizzard melted. Was ok but not outstanding & wishing while waiting we would have gone to McDonald. I started telling people as they came in how long it was taking and some of them left. I would have asked for a refund if I would of been able to show my receipt. Come on!
