While sitting in the thru for over 30 minutes watching cars pull out and an employee outside on her phone, i started looking at the reviews of this business. Product was made incorrectly and time it took to get it was obscene. All I can say is that it is not on the employees being they way they are. it all comes down to the owner and manager! I see tons of reples to all their 1 star posts saying we are sorry! That only lasts so long before people relize that you just don't cart about the business.

Order was made wrong two times in a row, and the third and final product did not look appealing at all, ice cream was melted and running over the edge of the cone. The staff seemed inexperienced and not prepared to make a basic cone definitely do not recommend this store if you're heading north much better service and quality at the Red Barn on Highway 10

Was very happy with everything we got. Hot food hot. Frozen food frozen. Employees were friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help. Actually wanted more after hearing the next customer ordering different sweet treat options. Great job! Will definitely stop again.

Waited 40 minutes for food. They handed us our order that was sitting on the heat lamp. Noting was warm and the fries were terrible. To top it off it's always nice when the sheriff's dept shows up because of a domestic issue between two parties in the restaurant.

We used the drive thru and were very happy with our experience. The staff were quick and courteous, and the food was hot and delicious! Will be back!

Let me be honest, this place is run by a bunch of teenagers who lack professional skills. Phones in back pockets, no acknowledgment of guests at the counter, and bad attitudes. I got a chili cheese hotdog, and it was obvious the chili had been sitting for a while—it was dry. Half of the kids running the place would’ve been written up if I were in charge. Considering how busy Clearwater is, there should be more hands on deck. One person should be on the drive-thru till, and at least one person should be up front at the counter. If you want good service, you’ll have better odds in Saint Cloud or Annandale.

Ordered chocolate blizzard and got a vanilla 90% blizzard with some chocolate ice cream mixed in to cover up their mess up. Sloppy work and customer service.

Last night our server was extremely rude to my grandmother, she was giving attitude, couldn’t hear a damn thing when she was speaking clearly. She put in our order for burgers, then told us there wasn’t any burgers. She got very aggravated easily with us when we were being polite with her. Instead we got chicken tenders, but she still didn’t have a clue. We had to wait almost 40 minutes for our food. At least the food was hot and good. But I would not recommend this location, I’d stick with the Annandale one

From the point that we stopped to get into the drive through line to when we left it took 33 minutes, we didn't even get a chance to order.... The ownership needs to get a manager that is focused on customer service because there is none. SKIP THIS ONE AT ALL COST!

My finance and I live close by and always try coming here but now go out of our way to go to Monticello to get DQ. I have never waited less than 30 mins for food. They usually always forget something I’ve asked for and are normally pretty rude. I can understand being annoyed because of rude customers but at this point it’s a fault of their own actions.
