This has to consistently be the worst Dairy Queen location in the country. Constantly understaffed and rotating new staff, orders always take 20-30 minutes, and they’re always out of items.

General manager feels entitled and will go back and forth with you about the way you want your food. Went to a different location and got my usual order with no problems or questions asked. If you don’t know how to do something just say that instead of acting like a know it all lol.

Stood inside at the counter 4 like 15 mins, seems like 1 person working, he was taking only the orders at the drive thru window, so moved to drive thru and can only order at the window cause there speakers down, ok no big deal I get it, been here in the drive thru now for almost 35 mins to get a 3 peice chicken strip basket, he was short with me ordering, closing the window over and over again, I asked for fresh fries otherwise you get the dairy queen fry special of soggy oily fries, or ones that should have been thrown away from sitting under the lamp so long. I get my order in like 4 mins and open it up while he gets my drink he forgot and when he comes back I asked after eating one if the fries were fresh. I know their not they are cold and old like always, lies right to my face says yeah, and closes the drive thru window on me before I can even say a word. Very disrespectful would give Zero stars for service if I could.

Fast food?? Not! I waited in the drive thru for over 20 to 30 minutes for them to get the first car food, mind there was another car in front of me as well. Got my food but the mocha moolate I ordered was a Carmel shake I think idk and they put whip cream on both when I clearly asked for none and some one who has a couple severe allergies I would think they would be a lot more responsible with peoples orders.

One order at a time resulting in long wait times. This is my experience at Melrose and Clearwater. Sauk Centre could teach these other stores how to work efficiently and together. The food is good, it's just too slow in their service. Go to Sauk centre if you want a good experience.

I entered and ordered at around 5:20 P.M. The worker there (india) took our orders and said it would be out shortly. We ended up getting our food at 6 P.M. and missed our bus home because of it. The food was cold, and we watched as the workers scooped one fry in the container at a time for each of me and my 3 friends. We finally got a ride and checked our food and saw that we each had less than 15 fries, and because I ordered the $7 chicken strip basket, I was expecting ice cream too as it said there would be on the receipt. By far my worst experience at any drive thru, and please get rid of India from the staff. I hope to see improvement next time I go and am very disappointed

I ordered food through the app last night around nine, since Google said that they were open until ten. I get there at 930 to find out they close at 930, which is fine, but then asked about getting a refund on the order instead. I didn't get an answer from the speaker for a solid minute on this question, before asking again. Got told you can get a refund on the app, which isn't true. Guess that's 15 bucks down the drain.

GIVE THE BURGER BACK! I ordered the 2 for $5 and got two burgers but one was for my 5-year-old daughter and I ordered it a hamburger with just ketchup, I drove away then noticed they put cheese on her Burger. So I turned around and drove back through the line and they said oh I'll fix that for you, I got up to the window and an employee sticks their head out and says YOU CAN GIVE ME THE BURGER BACK NOW!!!! I couldn't believe how rude and ridiculous that was! Go somewhere else there rude and don't respect there customers! 😔

While sitting in the thru for over 30 minutes watching cars pull out and an employee outside on her phone, i started looking at the reviews of this business. Product was made incorrectly and time it took to get it was obscene. All I can say is that it is not on the employees being they way they are. it all comes down to the owner and manager! I see tons of reples to all their 1 star posts saying we are sorry! That only lasts so long before people relize that you just don't cart about the business.

Order was made wrong two times in a row, and the third and final product did not look appealing at all, ice cream was melted and running over the edge of the cone. The staff seemed inexperienced and not prepared to make a basic cone definitely do not recommend this store if you're heading north much better service and quality at the Red Barn on Highway 10

Was very happy with everything we got. Hot food hot. Frozen food frozen. Employees were friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help. Actually wanted more after hearing the next customer ordering different sweet treat options. Great job! Will definitely stop again.
