My experience at DQ was not good. Which is unusual for DQ. Only 3 people are working. 1 on register, 1 for drive up & 1 in back cooking. The young man for drive up looked bored. There were 18 customers either their orders were placed or they were waiting to place it. Also, there was no ice at the soda dispenser, so I let him know & he filled my cup, but no one ever went to fill in the ice. It took over 25 min to get our food. I know these 3 people were trying, but...

Was cleaning ice cream machines when we went and served us at the exact same time. Couldn’t say the same for McDonald’s.. clean & fresh food beats waiting an extra 5 minutes anyday.
