Chef Dan was amazing to work with for our wedding, he made it easy and simple to plan and the food was amazing! I still have people that mention the food from our wedding 5 years later.

We had Chef Dan and his team cater our wedding. The food was great and our guests had nothing but good things to say about all the food. I also added on the assorted cheesecake for dessert instead of cake because we are not big cake eaters and it was one less vendor to deal with. OMG that was the best cheesecake I have ever had. Both my husband and I went back for more. We had plenty of food left but everyone ate all the cheesecake and people have not stopped talking about it! Highly recommend Chef Dan he was super accommodating and easy to work with. They went above and beyond just serving food.

Cutting Edge catered a formal dinner at our church and they did the pasta bar. It was absolutely phenomenal! Everyone was blown away with how great our dinner was!

Cutting Edge Catering was amazing for our wedding! Chef Dan was super easy to work with and really cared about the quality of the food and the expectation the bride/groom had. The food was DELICIOUS! Our guests are still talking about how great the food was a month later. We were so happy to go with them and would highly recommend!

My company had Cutting Edge Catering provide pasta bar for our Holiday dinner, can’t say enough good things about the excellent food and service. Our dinner consisted of salad, tortellini and penne pasta, Alfredo and marinara sauce, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, meatballs and chicken, bread sticks, broccoli, and cookies for dessert! (They also had gluten free pasta) Everything was excellent!

Chef Dan and his team did an amazing job catering our wedding this August! They went above and beyond in their duties, helping us with things we didn’t expect them to do. The pork prime rib and smoked gouda chicken was to die for! We are still hearing positive remarks from guests saying it was the best meal they’ve had in a very long time. Thank you Cutting Edge!

Absolutely would recommend! Dan was so easy to work with and wanted to make sure the catering for our wedding was perfect! Our wedding was 2 months ago and people are still talking about how good the food was! The price was also extremely reasonable, and the the customer service and the food were most definitely worth it!

I originally contacted the catering company for my wedding and they said they were available for my date. When I called back to confirm, they stated that the day was no longer available. I was disappointed, but understood that was a possibility while I was deciding. I then received another call a week later asking if we wanted to proceed with them because they were available. I had already booked a new catering company so I was extra disappointed to find out we could’ve had the pasta bar we originally wanted. Then, two months later I received another email asking if we wanted to proceed with them, that the date was available. I responded saying that we had already moved on because they said our date was booked. They responded yet again saying they they were not available. I normally don’t write reviews but I’m very disappointed with how many times they have gotten my hopes up and crushed again... it seems very unprofessional how many times they have misspoken and reached out to me even after I told them no. I grew up in the St.Cloud area and always heard good things about them, but my own personal experience has not been great.

I cant give this enough stars <3 this year our Christmas party was in january and trying to find catering for it was difficult. It felt like christmas all over again once we started eating. Chef Dan was so professional and welcoming. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Wedding 140/outdoor = Hot food!!! Custom pasta bar was insane! So many wonderful fresh flavors. Largest mushrooms ever! Very professional!!!! Presentation- outstanding! Gluten free pasta offered. To-go containers?

Talk about a unique, delicious experience! We had Chef Dan and Cutting Edge Catering cater our wedding at The Crooked Willow and it was nothing short of perfection! We had guests ranting and raving about how delicious and unique the pasta bar was. Chef Dan was so easy to work with and would answer any questions that we had throughout the planning process! Absolutely amazing! You don’t need to look anywhere else. Chef Dan and his team are a first class. We had them cater the pasta bar for our daughters graduation party Friday, June 7th. From pre-planning, to a site visit, to set up day before, to preparing/serving of food, to clean up. Everything was done, allowing us to enjoy the event.
