Sandy is so sweet and absolutely went above and beyond for me. The sandwiches were delicious, the dippers were cheesy and perfect. The store was clean, she was so awesome! Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely worst Subway around. If you're passing through on your way to Annandale, just go to that Subway instead. The whole three years I've lived in the area they have gotten my online order correct only once. Otherwise, it's missing sauce, missing toppings, 4 separate occasions ordered extra cheese and got no cheese and ordered extra sauce and got no sauce. Gave them once more chance tonight and same thing. Not even busy, almost no one in the parking lot. How do you continually make these mistakes? Terrible service.

Parking: Parking is a bit tight here and there is no parking available for semi truck tractor/trailer combos.

Was charged for an extra sub I did not buy. Would not refund me over the phone. Won’t refund me the next day. Will never be back. $50 for three people to eat there

Place was disgusting. Bathroom out of order. Five or six different pops were out of order and the food area was a disgusting mess! Never ever stopping here again. Buns were hard as a rock. Ended up throwing away.

Great customer service as always. Just mad because subway changed it's nutrition guide. As a type 1 diabetic this makes ordering harder. Just proof that corporate doesn't care about the health of it's customers.

We wanted to really like this place since it's a good alternative to fast food.
However this place was disgusting. The salad back bar was a mess. The young kid working did a good job, but the morale just seems very low here. I wish they realized that there are some people out there that appreciate their service. It's not that difficult to keep a place like this clean. It was a steady busy but not busy like I have seen in the cities. Plenty of time to clean and refresh things.
The manager needs to be let go, not that I want to see that but if you don't care, it clearly shows! It's gotten ridiculously expensive ta boot.

Ordered a 6 inch. Got a foot long. My friend ordered his bread toasted before meat went on. The kid didn't even cut it open. Just threw the whole thing in the oven. Basically microwaved it. Didn't even toast the bread, Like asked. Very unprofessional. Won't be coming back.
