Went through the drive-thru on 3/9/24 and had a mistake on my order so I went back through and they replaced it with no issue and even gave me a free apple pie. Always great customer service and hot food.
Great experience, we were served by very nice people. I have mixed feelings about the drive-thru as occasionally we’ll miss a few sauces but it isn’t the big deal, and overall it was a great experience.

are you guys ever going to get good enough gear or people to listen to your customers in drive-thru at all because y'all keep failing to hear ingredient requests (such as "plain", "only pickles & ketchup", "add bacon", etc) every night. dayside can somehow hear me whenever i come through, but what is up with nightshift failing to hear customer ingredient requests and put them on the order?? at least i can live with this due to not having allergies or issues; but your night crew...read full review
