Overall it’s been good experiences, there’s a few times when we sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes +, and other times the order was wrong. But overall good

Extremely rude! God forbid someone asks a question! - I asked them a question and they got super rude! A bunch of snobs that show no respect!I simply asked how much something was. Will not be coming back.

We stopped at the drive-thru yesterday and the experience wasn't good. The order person was talking to others while taking my order. When her attention came back, I had to start over again. She messed up my order and gave me a small slush rather than a large one. She obviously wasn't listening well. They didn't even offer to fix the problem when I pointed it out at the window. "You ordered a small one". Nope... they just didn't pay attention. Why can't DQ figure out how to move the "slower" orders at the head of the line forward so the "small and quick" orders can get in and out quickly while they are waiting for the grill orders? We had to wait in line for about 12 minutes for a simple cone/drink. Most other fast food (like Culvers and McDonalds) has this figured out so the line can keep moving.By the time we got to the window, there were four other vehicles behind us waiting for their orders too.DQ could make more money and keep the customers happy if they'd just move the slow orders ahead and continue to process the people behind them. More attention should be placed on the orders too so errors can be avoided. In the past, my inside experience has been good--hence my three stars instead of one. Today though, I wasn't happy with this DQ. You can do better!

We usually a good experience. But today the cheese curd container was half full, for the price the container should be full. We got 2, 6 piece chicken boxes one had 4 chicken and the other 5. One had no gravy, the amount of fries for maybe a medium. For the amount of money I spent, it should have been a better

Excellent food. Have breakfast there every Saturday & Sunday. Fast service. The only complaint is the coffee could be a little stronger.

Skimpy candy portion in Blizzard. Reese's peanut butter cups had tiny pieces of chocolate and scant peanut butter. Very bland.

Dairy Queen is a great family restaurant! And the best part about it? I haven’t paid a dime eating there in 20 years!!! Every time I get a hankering for some DQ on a Friday night, I head on over and place my order, which is usually a double cheeseburger, some of those delicious cheese curds, and a wonderful blizzard. Where most customers go wrong is paying for the meal. In my time in the Navy, I got to deal with some pretty cool technology, and one of those technologies was a software that bypassed the payment system of every website. Whenever I want to eat somewhere, I simply place my order online and plug in the software for a 100% free meal!! Thanks Dassel Dairy Queen for a lifetime of memories.
