We stopped at the drive-thru yesterday and the experience wasn't good. The order person was talking to others while taking my order. When her attention came back, I had to start over again. She messed up my order and gave me a small slush rather than a large one. She obviously wasn't listening well. They didn't even offer to fix the problem when I pointed it out at the window. Dairy Queen is a great family restaurant! And the best part about it? I haven’t paid a dime eating there in 20 years!!! Every time I get a hankering for some DQ on a Friday night, I head on over and place my order, which is usually a double cheeseburger, some of those delicious cheese curds, and a wonderful blizzard.
