Specifically asked the drive thru for a spoon. She said it was in there. No spoon. These are the people that want $15/hr. I wouldn't pay you $5/hr.

Slow drive through. chicken tasted funny last time and my husband didn't finish it. Ripped seats inside. But worst of all very rude manager. She doesn't ask what you would like politely, rushes you as you order. Gets upset if you ask for something out of order. Avoid.

I went through the drive-through and they wanted me to come inside and order my food there for whatever reason If I wanted to come inside and order my food I wouldn't have went through the drive-through so I just left

This place is great. Everyone working there was really outgoing and friendly, and seemed like they enjoyed their job. And A&W and KFC in the same the building is amazing.

Terrible experience. Took half an hour to get our food, we were behind one customer. They gave my girlfriend the wrong order... twice. She order a 3 piece chicken meal, they gave her a box with only biscuits in it. So we returned the box and they did the same thing again. After going to the counter a third time, they finally got her order correct. I had to go to the counter a fourth time because they forgot to make my meal (I ordered after her in line). Also the garbages were full, the tables were dirty and sticky, and there appeared to be trash all over the cooking area.

This says it all - there is a sign that says "if the service was swell, ring the bell"... there is no bell. 6 times we asked for frosted mug root beer. 6. Then we got handed an actual mug in a bag. And charged for a float. All the other reviews are spot on. Even for Fast Food standards this is the equivalent of an armpit. The employees are really nice though, so here's an extra star.

Lobby closed during dinner rush !!! If I could give a negative star rating I definitely would. I came here with my wife to get dinner and there are people inside eating and all the doors are locked. The time right now is 6:20pm. There's a sign on one door that reads "Lobby temporally closed." What crap.... I mean really. In the middle of a dinner rush. Not a good idea KFC.

Well, the other reviews aren't wrong. I just wish I would have actually checked them before going here. Worst A&W I've ever seen. The employees seemed nice for the most part. That may be because the one that had an attitude just ignored us though. They messed up the order but corrected it.

This place is a joke. Not only was the service bad and I'm talking really really bad but the drive thru area smelled bad as well. They had us pull up to wait for our food and 15 minutes later we were still waiting and starving. Upon trying to call them, the phone was non stop off the hook and I couldn't get through so I went inside. I saw the manager first thing and pointed out our wait and that I would like a refund. He takes the receipt, goes behind the counter and asks about it. The freak that had taken our order was sitting on the floor by the drive thru window pretending to hide while he busts out "its not my fault" slumping then jumping up as fast as possible trying to blame this person and that person never answering the managers questions. We paid in cash and after the bright lad asked the manager "do I give them back all their money in cash?" I didn't know if I was going to laugh, scream or both.

Was craving a root beer float. Get there and place our order just to find out they were out of root beer. Very disappointed. Get home and our fries were soggy and very greasy. The burgers were so over cooked that they were hard. Or sat out for a very long time. Ended up just throwing everything in the garbage. Would have taken everything back but didnt wanna drive 10 miles again. Will never return to this location.

First impressions of restaurant-- dirty and not kept up. Bathrooms are the same. Cashier took our order quickly but not very polite. Acted as if our questions were d**** We asked for 2 drumsticks instead of 1 thigh, 1 drumstick. Cashier said that was fine but kitchen didn't get the memo. Food tasted great, just what you'd expect from KFC. We had chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes, fries and cookies. Very happy with the wait time. We took our food to go.
