This says it all - there is a sign that says "if the service was swell, ring the bell"... there is no bell. 6 times we asked for frosted mug root beer. 6. Then we got handed an actual mug in a bag. And charged for a float. All the other reviews are spot on. Even for Fast Food standards this is the equivalent of an armpit. The employees are really nice though, so here's an extra star.

First impressions of restaurant-- dirty and not kept up. Bathrooms are the same. Cashier took our order quickly but not very polite. Acted as if our questions were d**** We asked for 2 drumsticks instead of 1 thigh, 1 drumstick. Cashier said that was fine but kitchen didn't get the memo. Food tasted great, just what you'd expect from KFC. We had chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes, fries and cookies. Very happy with the wait time. We took our food to go.

Let's begin the wait game. My mac and cheese was filled barely halfway. Very disappointed. Nashville chicken little was old dry and hard. My wife wanted KFC for dinner at work so I decided to get it for her. What's very disappointing is that they don't carry butter or jelly for biscuits... Now who ever is the GM there should be a shame for not ordering enough butter and jelly in your inventory.
