“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Always enjoy the juicy chicken tenders from Nashville Coop. First time visiting their food truck since 2020. Still as good as I remember with the same quality as their brick and mortar locations. All kinds of spicy levels are covered here so it’s something everyone can enjoy. So far I’ve tried MN Nice, Mini Coop, Coop, and Growlin’, all solid choices depending on my mood. The Texas toast, dipping sauce, fries, and pickles all elevate the chicken tenders.“

“The food is always made hot and fresh. The cauliflower bites were amazing! The cashier girl Taleah is so sweet and helpful. Dave's Hot Chicken (Northloop Mpls) is lucky to have her! I think she has a twin sister named Tianna that is equally as awesome! Keep up the good work!“

“I have never been disappointed with this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love their sauce so much. I usually get a 2 tender - 1 sauce ratio. I'm not a coleslaw fan or a french fry fan, so when I get the combos, I replace both of those with toast.“

“Feels good to be inside a CFA. Staff at other fast food seem to look depressed to see a customer walk in. CFA staff makes me feel like they are glad I walked in.“

“We ordered ahead and everything was warm when we got here, which was good. Some of the tables were dirty with plates, so I’m thinking they were low in staff, but overall newer looking space with comfortable booths. The chicken was good and my fav was the plantains. Price was a bit high for what was included.“

“I went tonight (Monday) at like 9:20 pm. My chicken was super fresh! Great quality. And the coleslaw was the best I had in like 15 years. This tasted like the old KFC. my biscuit was fresh and potatoes were on point. The girls at the register were very nice. Im fat...I like when my food works out lol“

“This place is great and the food is always FAST and somehow always HOT even when you get it home. We have tried wings, catfish, shrimp, mac n cheese bites, jerk chicken rice (fire!), and Philly rice. Everything has been good. Definitely a little hidden gem.“

“I had a large catering order and called ahead to request that the fries be cooked a little longer so they would stay crispier by the time we received the order. She was very accommodating, took care of the request without hesitation, and was a pleasure to speak with. Excellent customer service!“

“We first tried this location on 7/30 and we are back today 8/1. We order the chicken wings and pizza puffs with a fruit punch lemonade slushie. Both times food was fresh and cooked perfectly. We really appreciate the consistency. The front counter person was prompt and welcoming, a big Chefs kiss to the cook. You Rock.“

Ordered the 12 piece mix of chicken, and know that those pieces are HUGE. These aren't the tiny chicken flats you get when you order pizza - this is CHICKEN. Elevate yourself above Popeyes and give this spot a shot - you won't regret it! Get the cornbread, and get the hot sauce - you will have yourself a dinner and you will be fed! Highly recommend, get yourself some good chicken.“

“Surprised by the low rating, I really like it and get the fish often. It is kind of expensive but good. I haven't ever gotten the chicken. The catfish and fries are always really good and they have faygo soda which I don't see alot of outside of Detroit.“

“The chicken is FIYA LOL FR I'm picky and I don't like most people's food I'm from Memphis so I'm very particular about how food taste especially being in Minnesota this is the only chicken that taste anything close to home. I'm addicted lol“

“Not going to lie, the outside appearance had me a little skeptical but the food was DELICIOUS!! I got the chicken tenders, fries & a biscuit & some friends got the fried chicken, we both tried the krunchy sauce which was also so so good!! The food came out super fast, the woman behind the counter/man cooking our food/man running the next door smoke shop were so pleasant & helpful as we were just traveling through town! Definitely one of those don’t judge a book by its cover situations but ended up being fantastic!!“
