Went last night and they missed half the order and couldn't get a hold of them. Went in this am and the manager apologized and re made the order which was really nice. Biscuits were old and hard which is very disappointing. Everyone knows when u go to KFC u want your biscuits to be fresh!!! So that was a big let down . And than also I asked for original chicken and received extra crispy, and that wasn't fresh either. When they let you in, they are awesome but when they close the doors at 8 they won't pick up the phone when your standing outside with your bicycle to know if they allow a drive though order. BTW, if your order is wrong, they want all the food back before a replacement order.
