I recently visited the Jimmy John's in Columbia Heights and had a pretty good experience. This time, I decided to try the number nine, the Italian Night Club, with extra oregano. It was a great choice! Not one to complain about a fast food joint, but every Jimmy Johns I've ever ordered from has been great, except this one. 40+ minutes to deliver a sandwich? The person answering the phone is not very good. Maybe extremely new to the position, but it was tough to even place the order. Didn't write out delivery instructions for driver.

I try to order from here once in a while at work and half the time they dont have a driver to deliver? How is you slogan freaky fast deliveries and you dont even have drivers? Never had an issue when I was actually able to order though.
