I always just let them do their thing and put everything on it, and they never ever fail to please. Walk into any other Subway and pretty much prepare yourself to be greatly disappointed when measuring up to this one. One of Heights' best kept secrets in my opinion!“

“10/10 would recommend! I had seen this place all over my social media, and I had to give it a try. The sandwich was made to order, so it was hot and fresh when I got it. My order was the Tuscany, and I was amazing. I love how customizable every menu item was. The flavor and the freshness won me over. Will definitely be back for a future brunch order.

“Their subs are what I've been missing here as a Chicago transplant. LOVE the Lake Street Italian and Vegetable Sandwiches exactly as they are made. The Italian sub dressing is sooooo delicious. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Only criticism would be next time I think I will have them deliver because it is kind of a pain to park over there, and they weren't the friendliest when I placed my order over the phone and picked up. I have read that's typical though for this place. I don't care what their attitude is- I love the food enough that I will be back.“

“I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. I appreciated the communication and I know times are hard. Thank you for all you do!“

“OK all the Jersey Mike’s locations in the Metro area take note , this place is over the top ! They made my sandwich perfectly the way I requested it with the ample amount of onions, tomatoes, and pickles on it not just three onions and two tomatoes like at most locations where they’re afraid to put any more veggies on as if they might get in trouble? “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. “I am very impressed! They have sandwiches simple as PBJ and up to hot sandwiches such as Rubans and Cubans. They are amazing and be sure to accompany it with their soups. I personally love the wild rice but the loaded potato is a close second! The staff are very friendly, fast, and excellent at their craft. “I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! Whenever I'm craving the comfort of a pastrami sandwich or potato salad (seriously, don't miss this), need to boost my morning with a power breakfast sandwich, or feel the need to health it up with a Southwest Turkey Wrap, I bee-line for Brothers. “Since subway sandwiches are getting smaller, really, it's only somewhat worth it if you use coupons. This subway is great, and the guy in there was very fast. This guy looked like a cowboy whipping up those sandwiches. Fastest sandwhich maker in the midwest.“

“Before I start: I’m not lost on the fact that writing a sandwich shop review of this length might seem sort of odd. But I think the people who work here deserve some public praise for the great job they do.

This particular Erbs location is the best I have visited in many years. If you’re looking for what a fair-priced franchise sandwich shop lunch spot is supposed to be, walk in here. I feel like I’m transported back to the mid-2000s before complacency and worker shortages hurt quality across the industry.

They absolutely nail their French bread, which has a thin golden outer crust and is fluffy and white inside. This has been consistent over years of lunches here. The sandwiches are always well constructed and balanced, never sloppy or soggy. The staff are really nice and fast too.

These should be basic expectations of a lunch spot, but with how a lot of these shops have slid over the last decade, the quality really shines here. This place is run by great workers.“

Way above and beyond the call of duty and great service!“

I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction.
