There have been occasions when the service was slower than expected, even when the store didn't seem busy. I got the Newyorkino as it was something new to try. The taste was not bad but wasn't anything spectacular. The main problem is that this sandwich cost $12 to be the size that it was. It was the size of a regular sandwich made with sliced bread. Damn I feel duped for this. I also got a salad to complement the sandwich and I am disappointed with both size and flavor. Here, I opted for a blue cheese salad with candies pecans and apples. The dressing of comes with is extremely shower. You can get a full meal for the same price. I suggest skip the sandwich unless you can afford it.“

“Bad day? I’m giving 4 stars but it was a 3 star experience. I went in and ordered the only thing I ever order (yeah, I’m one of those guys). They then called out a sandwich and I ignored it as it wasn’t mine. He said this is you. I said is it a big kahuna? He said no a chipotle is what you ordered. I said not even a slight chance. He turned around and threw the sandwich to a back counter and had a small fit. Told one of the other employees I told him the wrong sandwich (almost got me heated up). The sandwich was great, as usual. Service is usually great. I’m giving 4 instead of 3 because a bad day shouldn’t hurt the business. Love the crunch and texture. But the taste of onions on them was overwhelming. I presume they fry a lot of onions in the oil. It's not bad, just not what I expected when i eat fries. Overall I recommend the place. Especially if you like onions and their flavor.“

The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
