“I usually have a pretty good experience at this Jimmy John’s. I typically order the chicken Caesar wrap, and for the most part it’s been fresh and tastes really good.
Customer service has also been nice in the past—they greet you when you walk in and are helpful if you need suggestions.
However, my last visit wasn’t as great. When I walked in, no one was at the register. One of the employees saw me standing there but took a moment before acknowledging me, and then someone else eventually came to take my order. Also, my wrap wasn’t cut in half like it usually is, and it didn’t taste as good as before.
Overall, it’s a decent spot, but consistency could definitely be improved.“

“I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

“First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“Super friendly and relaxed staff! Like every Jersey Mike's, the food is fresh and delicious, and prepared in front of you. The ingredients are very high-quality. I recommend signing up for the Shore Points. Every order, you get a few points. Eventually, you get free sandwiches. The lobby is very clean. To park, there is a smaller, shared lot in the back, as well as paid street parking out front.“

“Had the Cuban and the Zamboni Dip. The Cuban was one of the best I have had in years, perfect bread, generous meats, and great taste. The Zamboni was also excellent. A bustling little place with a few counter spots to eat. Lots of hockey memorabilia, fun environment. Worth a bit of a drive. Prices are reasonable considering the quality.“

After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. “This is the best Jimmy John’s and I am truly sorry to a couple other stores for saying that. Hayley made my sandwich so fast that I, quite frankly, wasn’t “freaked” out, I was almost in shock! They also have a large view window drive thru at this Subway. Very convenient when you have dogs in the car.

The owner has worked here for decades. He cares about his store and it shows. Yes, he works at his own store. Great guy. This is my preferred location.“

“This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“Have been here several times. Always clean, plenty of parking.

Today (4/9/26) only one person was working when we came in (5:30ish). A couple was waiting and we were in line.

The single working person did very well staying calm and managing multiple issues — the store was out of Parmesan, there were online orders, customers in real life, the waiting couple.

It quickly became apparent that the waiting couple had an online app order issue/complaint of some kind and the single employee was too new to know how to service the issue. The employee was calm and polite and apologetic, clearly trying hard. The couple did not seem to understand the response that this employee did not know how to process the app issue. The employee did reach out to an off-site supervisor who did call back. A second employee came in for their shift and also spoke to this couple.

No matter all of that, the original employee steadily worked and the store was calm and functioning. Employee reminded us of sub of the day, mentioned that avocado was extra, recommended that we get three cookies instead of two because it would be cheaper. They knew their stuff. Hats off to this person (Alexis) who did not get rattled or frustrated.
