I ordered at 10:00 ahead of time for 11:30 there should be no reason why my food is still not here,I don't understand why this Jimmy John's always have issues and when I call about my order they hung up the phone.That is totally disrespectful and rude, I don't know how the management is running this location but they really need to do better because people like eating healthy food but don't like unhealthy attitudes. I don't know if this place is short staff due to the fact of delivery drivers but there is no need for disrespectful attitudes!!!!

The employee literally made the sandwich with her bear hands. Literally she was not wearing gloves. I SAW HER WITH MY OWN TWO EYES. I’m never going back there. That’s just disgusting. When I told the other person who took my card if she was making that sandwich for me and if it is that wouldn’t want it because she wasn’t wearing gloves. She responded no that’s not your sandwich, that’s just an extra sandwich we made. ??? what does that even mean??? I bet you that was my sandwich because that was a drive through and they went into a corner and gave my my wrapped sandwich. Needless to say I didn’t trust eating that hence I threw it away. people seriously don’t go there or at least watch how they make them. I’m still in shock. ???

Don’t order off DoorDash. They will cancel your order and then lie saying they called you to let you know there’s no drivers available. At store hours 7 pm. Or they will lie and tell you they delivered your food but never delivered. A joke this location!

I live less than 2 miles from you guys and you just took my area off of delivery service. Weak af because your drivers were usually pretty chill, but I am going to go ahead and assume you have none anymore because you don't pay them anything worthwhile. Sometimes they take 2 hours to get you food. Not a quality JJ's.

This place is terrible. Worst jimmy John’s there is. The food is not fresh and the sandwiches are very poorly made. Bread is not fresh ever. Meat is not fresh, don’t order the peppers either not fresh. They just cram your sandwich together in 2 seconds and if you customize your order they usually get it wrong. They have maybe one good delivery driver the rest are horrible. I ordered food delivery through the application and they waited 25 minutes to tell me they didn’t have a driver. When you order online it won’t allow you to select delivery if they don’t have a driver. I ordered delivery because I’m at work and cannot leave on my lunch break, by the time they got back to me I have no time to order a replacement meal. Whoever manages this location should be fired.

Ordered via DoorDash 2 hours before closing— food never arrived. Please don’t accept delivery orders on DoorDash if you’re understaffed and can’t fulfill them!!!! I’d rather look elsewhere for food if I know I won’t get it.

Worst Experience at a JJ Ever! I asked for the Works on both sandwiches. Got charged $36 and when I got home and opened them it was Mayo, meat, and Bread only, with the smallest amount of lettuce possible. And to top if off the guy taking my order was completely rude to me.

I recently visited the Jimmy John's in Columbia Heights and had a pretty good experience. This time, I decided to try the number nine, the Italian Night Club, with extra oregano. It was a great choice! The sandwich was expertly made, balancing the flavors of salami, capicola, ham, and provolone with a generous sprinkle of oregano that added a delightful herby punch.What impressed me the most was how quickly my order was ready. Despite opting for the drive-through, which can sometimes be a slower option, my sandwich was prepared and handed over in no time. It's clear that when they're on their game, the staff here can whip up orders with impressive speed.However, it's worth noting that this hasn't always been my experience. There have been occasions when the service was slower than expected, even when the store didn't seem busy. This inconsistency is the only reason I'm holding back that fifth star.Overall, my visit to Jimmy John's was a positive one. The sandwich was delicious, especially with the extra oregano, and the service was notably swift. I'll definitely be back, hoping for the same speedy service every time!
