This chipotle is close to my home, so I stroll in from time to time, but it is hit or miss. My last visit was a week ago and it went well! I love Chipotle, and I enjoyed the al pastor, which was the reason for my visit.

They didn’t have steak and did not say anything about them not having any done, and when you ask for vinaigrette, they give you a little cup with the squirt of vinaigrette in it. Also this location is always dirty.

The Food is delicious but the problem they have is they sell every staff differently sell, I don't know if the restaurant has a fixed price or the staff sell their own decisions

Over the past 15 years or so, we've eaten at a lot of Chipotle locations around the country. Tonight was the first time I've ever _walked out_ without ordering due to the condition of the restaurant. Normally, I praise/review in public, and take any serious concerns directly to management. In this case, there doesn't seem to be an easy to reach contact on the website, so I'm posting in public. I'll take this down once the concerns have been addressed.There was only one other customer in the store when I walked up (~5:30PM). The first thing that I noticed was that the parking lot and sidewalk had a significant amount of litter. That happens in Minnesota in the middle of winter when it's sub-zero and 2 feet of snow on the ground. But we're in a heat wave, we haven't had snow in a month, and temps are in the 50s. Compounding on the parking lot was trash in the entry way, on the floor in the store and on the utensils counter. And then I saw the assembly line - sour cream, cheese, salsa, rice and protein bits on the counter, 6 employees standing around. I didn't really look any further. Front end cleanliness is a symptom of overall lack of concern about food safety. I decided not to stay. I did ask to speak to the manager and explained to them exactly why I wasn't staying. And walked out. No sale, no burrito. No way.Chipotle leadership - feel free to reach out. I'll be happy to discuss further.

Chipotle's food is very delicious, but not all places have hygiene, in this one, the workers do not wear face masks, they have very big beards and I have had to find hair on my plate, they should be more careful and they serve the food when It is already very dry and old. Sometimes the guacamole is dark and tastes bad, if the food is not good they should let us know so we have the option to change, and it would be much more pleasant to order here.
