Almost, forever I’ve hated drive-thru. Totally impersonal & if you don’t get what you ordered, you have to go back through to complain. That being said it took me awhile before I started going to this one in Columbus/Forest Lake. Service was great, friendly & quick, but I still don’t care for the drive-thru.
I love that they're always happy when greeting me and they're patient when I have questions regarding what I'm ordering. I never feel unwanted when getting drinks here. :)
Caribou is the best coffee house anywhere. Their beans and how there roasted give each sip a silky and smooth taste with awesome flavors. Thanks for being a wonderful company in beverage, foods and merchandise. I'm proud to say you are a Minnesota company. Thank you, Patrick in Minneapolis.
