The food and space are generally decent. It being so new allows for the space to appear clean.That said we've been here probably 6 times over the past 4 months and almost every single time the drive-thru is closed and there are only 2 staff on duty struggling to keep up, no manager or assistant manager in sight to deal with the short staff issue.As a new location they are falling short trying to establish a good reputation for consistent service.
Expensive.Store hours vary wildly and inconsistent.Specific items consistently out-of stock.Alot to be desired here.Parking: Plenty of it.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcomed.Wheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair accessibility.

me and my wife have been 2 both cedar rapids locations the service is bad and the food is terrible and under cooked and cold.both time the manager was rude as he'll and refused to give our money back the food was so uneatable we had 2 throw it away
