Messed up my boyfriend and i's order and asked for refund. said they couldn't over the phone. they said they could send me coupons, took my name and address. said it would take 2 weeks. never got them so called they said it would take a month. well here we are 2 months. yup not going back since they can't fix their mistake.
The employees at Wendy's in Forest lake were very nice I showed up at 1255 and my truck did not fit through the drive-thru they let me place an order right at the window they were very polite and very respectful
They don’t serve breakfast anymore.
