Cashiers commit a fraud checking me out. I took a cup of hot water she ran it as coffee. She made me pay for a product I didn’t get. One cup is nothing but when she runs thousand of them it is a different story. She said it is price for the cup.

I'd give this negative 20 stars if I could. What I spend on a burger and fries. It had to literally throw it out my window that is how poorly put together and cold it was. My fries where probably cooked yesterday.. this was my first time going to Hardee's and I will not be going back.

me and my wife have been 2 both cedar rapids locations the service is bad and the food is terrible and under cooked and cold.both time the manager was rude as he'll and refused to give our money back the food was so uneatable we had 2 throw it away

I ordered two of the original ham and cheese. They are $3.99 each. I wasted my money tonight. They are no bigger than a slider, barely any meat, and it’s flat as a pancake with a shriveled bun. I know most food doesn’t look like the pictures but really? I wasted almost $9.00 on two of these things. My dinner is ruined tonight. This is my sandwich compared to what’s shown in the menu.

Food was nasty, I wish I would have just left after the employee's were laughing dumping everything into the bag. I'll never give them another penny!!What a nasty disgusting environment.

The food and space are generally decent. It being so new allows for the space to appear clean.That said we've been here probably 6 times over the past 4 months and almost every single time the drive-thru is closed and there are only 2 staff on duty struggling to keep up, no manager or assistant manager in sight to deal with the short staff issue.As a new location they are falling short trying to establish a good reputation for consistent service.

Paid $22 for a Frisco burger meal and a hot ham and cheese meal. Both of them were cold and the hot ham and cheese bun was so soggy we had to bring it back. After we brought it back and got a new one, we got back a cold ham and cheese and just gave up. Definitely never coming back to this location. Be aware you're going to get cold and soggy old food.

Do not come here unless you want them to not do their job, to give you attitude for calling them out on not doing their job properly and then gving to get a 2nd refund because the first refund wasn't a refund they charged me for my food again and then the manager said that it was an "accident" I will never be returning to this terrible establishment! You make food, it's not that hard if someone asks for NO TOMATO on their sandwich! First thing you should teach your employees is how to READ and HOW TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS WITH RESPECT! Get a new manager and maybe you won't have these issues! If I could give negative stars I would!
