went through the drive thru tonight and was quite a ways back. I was surprised how fast I made it through. Best of all my order was 100% correct. The guy taking the order was pleasant and read back the order to me. Well done Arby's Coon Rapids!!
Do NOT eat here! One of the employees was sick and 3 managers told them to come to work anyway! The employee tested positive for COVID a few days later. Instead of shutting down and having everyone quarantine they are telling everyone involved and concerned to not tell anyone what is going on.
So 45 years ago I would walk 3 miles to get 1 of those delicious Roast Beef sandwiches. Oh what a treat! So yesterday I succumbed to those relentless commercials ( Barb, I am you Father!). The folks were kind, the service great, the wrapping pristine. I mean, this is all going good - until I unwrap this smooshed, soggy, old thing where what was supposed to be bacon was no longer recognizable. ARBYS - QUIT INVESTING IN COMMERCIALS IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER DECENT FOOD. I'm in no hurry...read full review
