I just gave them a call and a woman answered the phone (no name was given). I was calling about a duplicate charge on my card. I said hello and there was a long pause and she said hello. I had to literally ask if I had Chipotle on the line. She said yes. I didn't have her name and I had ask if it was the phone number to Chipotle?
Everyone here is always so nice. Food is great too
Very consistent. Good food and clean.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a mixed experience. Some customers find the service slow and disorganized, with overcooked chips and skimpy toppings. Others praise the speedy service and generous portions, especially when a new manager is present. The best Chipotle with top-notch customer service, large portions, and efficient staff that keep the line moving. Many customers appreciate how consistently friendly and clean the restaurant is, often driving past other locations to return. The staff takes care of guests, remaking bowls when needed and ensuring a positive experience. While some have encountered issues like hard rice, the restaurant often makes up for it with generous and quick service. Overall, it is a place where customers trust the food and enjoy a good, fast meal.
