I come to the walk up window a lot and the ladies in the morning never come to the widow I seem them on their phones on snap or just talking in the back today I waited over 15 mins for them to come to the window and asked what I wanted normally I’m pretty patient but this keeps happening and it’s officially annoying after I see someone come up to right next to the window and not even attempt to help me I’ll probably stop coming to here

They are always so nice but no one can help me to get my darn caribou account to work. Over 20 visits last month and I can't get them on my app. Started to go to scooters cause my app works with them
Wheelchair accessibility: Sort of accessible if people move or help with opening the door. Really uncomfortable trying to move inside so I have to go to the drive thru so I don't bother others
I use this drive-thru often on Sunday mornings and am always pleased with the quality and the friendly service.
Vegetarian options: I usually get the grilled cheese. I always ask them to toast it on both sides because if I don't ask for it, regardless of what Caribou site I'm at, it is normally toasted on only one side.

So very rude and disgusting. The guy and chubbier girl that worked on 6/4/24 around 2pm were trying to force me to drive up and they'll bring my coffee out, it wasn't busy and there were no cars behind me. I don't understand what all that was about but I will not come to this coffee shop anymore. God knows what he's been doing with people's coffee making them drive up on a non busy time. Please check your employees.
