I swung through this drive-thru-only Caribou with my kiddos one morning en route to the pool—just needed a quick caffeine fix for me and a little treat (bagels originally, but they didn’t have them) for the kids. We pivoted to donuts, ordered two, and rolled off… only to open the bag and find just one.
No biggie—I get it, mistakes happen. But when I looped back to fix the issue, things got frustrating. The parking lot is tiny and not ideal for maneuvering if you need to pop in quickly. I found one of the small parking spots and headed to the walk-up window, thinking it would be a quick interaction.
Unfortunately, even with three employees inside, I stood outside awkwardly for several minutes while people looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me or come to the window. Eventually, someone did help and I got the second donut, but honestly—it could’ve been handled much more smoothly. A simple “Hey, I’ll be with you in a sec!” goes a long way.
In the end, the coffee was good, the donuts were fine, but the customer service left a sour taste. Hopefully just an off day, but not the best experience.

I come to the walk up window a lot and the ladies in the morning never come to the widow I seem them on their phones on snap or just talking in the back today I waited over 15 mins for them to come to the window and asked what I wanted normally I’m pretty patient but this keeps happening and it’s officially annoying after I see someone come up to right next to the window and not even attempt to help me I’ll probably stop coming to here
