The service was horrible! We sat nearly 40 minutes with empty glasses. Our steaks were flavorless and overcooked, the baked potatoes were cold and the fries where actually nice and warm. We asked for extra butter twice, it never made it to the table, we also asked for extra bread multiple times before it made its way to our table. We sat waiting for our bill for over 20 minutes. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at an Outback.
I was in today with my mom after church and had a wonderful experience with our server Ben. He was friendly, down to earth and gave us great service. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. Not to mention Ben made us Strawberry Kiwi lemonades that were fire 🔥
The Manager is also very friendly and made an effort to stop by our table to speak. Needless to say we had a great experience and will definitely be back. Thanks Ben, you’re the best!!
Great service tonight! The hosts were very accommodating allowing friends that were also there by coincidence to sit near us. Our server was hilarious and made the experience even better! I didn't catch his name, but tall and long hair, he deserves recognition and a raise! Food was great as usual, will be back!
