Worst service I’ve had at a Starbucks. Please find a new one and save yourself a bad time. Customer service was awful.

I recommend the new Starbucks on Hansen or the one by Riverdale.
This one on Foley used to be my favorite Starbucks - everyone was super duper nice and the drinks were made right. Unfortunately the last 5+ times I have been here, I have sworn up and down afterwards that I never again would…. And then I always give them another chance. Why do I do this to myself?? Not anymore! I know it’s just coffee, but it’s too much money to pay for something they don’t make right. Today I asked for extra extra caramel in the bottom of my iced macchiato. Other stores are generous with the caramel so I don’t even have to ask for extra, but this store has become incredibly STINGY. Today, like I said, I asked for “a whole bunch, extra extra caramel drizzle piled up in the bottom of the cup” and the amount I got was *barely* visible - way less than I would normally get at other Starbucks without even asking for extra. When the visible details are so far off, I can’t trust that it’s decaf or the right milk or whatever. Every time I’ve been here recently, it’s been something whether ice in the cold drink when I asked for no ice or cows’ milk when I ask for oatmilk or sweetener when I asked for no sweetener… Sadly, I can no longer recommend unless your drink is super basic - but if you add sugars to your coffee or change the beverage in any way, be prepared to be disappointed.

I travel over the road and I stop at many Starbucks. This location is by far the best one. Friendly staff that greets you as you walk in. A+ customer service

Wow! To the rude red head liberal who hates her job at the drive through at 3:50 pm Saturday October 26. Excuse me for wanting a coffee.

Despite the baristas being extremely busy due to online orders and a long drive thru line, my order, when I finally received it, was correct (I asked for a modification to the delicious pecan crunch latte).

Today I went to Starbucks and got the same drink I always get. My drink tastes worse than gas station coffee and they refused to make a new one. I’ve never had worse customer server before I will never come to this location again.
