Today I went to Starbucks and got the same drink I always get. My drink tastes worse than gas station coffee and they refused to make a new one. I’ve never had worse customer server before I will never come to this location again.

Wow by seeing this reviews it looks like everyone had bad experiences at this Starbucks … I had a bad interaction with a young white gal today Monday 06/03 .. I was at the drive thru and the barista there was talking and talking to the car in front of me I had to go to work so I honk it was already at lease 5 min … when I pull up the window I gave her my phone to scan and then I had ask for my total she said 6.15$ I had ask her did you apply my coupon I repeated my self 3 times later she said WELL IF U DONT TELL ME TO ADD IT IM NOT GOING TO ADD THE COUPON this is beyond disrespectful and I think the manager should train there 15-17 year olds how to give customer service.. I work as a property manager and team lead I manage teens and there not rude as I experience today … if I were to give them a 0 star I would … I rather take my business to caribou were they treat there customer with respect … I’m never going back to this location again were I know I’m going to be talked back by one of there teen employee

I just showed up to get a Latte, walked into the store, and was told I needed to use the drive through—even though I was standing there. I felt like such an inconvenience to the business and went back out to my car, drove through (while releasing carbon monoxide from my car’s exhaust), got my Latte, apologized for the inconvenience I caused her at the window, and left. Needless to say, I’ll never be back
