My children bought my husband and I a gift card for our 28th anniversary. We used it on 6/21 at the Coon
Rapids restaurant. We spent $128.
We didn't receive the 1/2 slab of ribs.
I called store and talked with the manager. She made me feel like I was lying. I felt very disrespected.
She did send us a credit for one appetizer. An appetizer? Seriously? that's how much you appreciate our business? I'm sorry but we drove 35 min one way, get home to find a missing entree,...read full review
My 94 year-old “boyfriend” and I eat lunch at the Coon Rapids Texas Roadhouse almost every Sunday. is a tradition. We both enjoy – – especially especially if we get Dan as our server. He spoils us rotten, and his attention to detail is beyond measure. As my friend says every week, “we have never gotten a bad meal here.“
