Applebee's Grill + Bar

For an Applebee's chain restaurant, this one is a good location. The server was a bit slow (he was also the bartender and there was only the one other server when we came in), but he was friendly and kind and accommodating. What surprised me was the food. Last time I was in an Applebee's it was all a bit... Sterile tasting. This was actually tasty. The fiesta lime chicken was tender, not overcooked as I was expecting. The rice was flavorful and (thankfully) did not contain corn. The chicken parm fettuccine was fresh and flavorful. The drinks were my favorite. I had a watermelon lime rush, which is one of my favorite combinations of flavors, and it was so refreshing and lively and went perfect with the food.

Long wait for a restaurant that was half empty. From the time we were seated til the time our food was served...46 minutes.

Peter is such a gem every time I visit this establishment. If he wasn’t so great at being customer oriented, I would try to hire him myself. Outstanding service once again. Kudos, Petey!

The hostess, Gaby, this evening was fabulous. My Mom walks with a cane, and even before getting inside, Gaby was holding the door open. She conversed with us while walking us to the table, just genuinely friendly. The great service didn't stop there. Our server, Nicki, also excellent! answered all our questions and suggestions were great. The food was delicious and good portions. We're so glad we chose this location.

It was okay except for my wife being brought an alcoholic beverage instead of the club soda she ordered. Myself and the people with us tasted it. None of us drink alcohol anymore, it's against our religious beliefs so I was less than thrilled about that. She brought my wife sprite first, then the alcoholic club soda then finally her right drink. Honestly y'all should retrain your employees because if she did that with an underage person, you'd have a massive lawsuit on your hands.

Cooking staff were extremely slow. Server was outstanding. The amount of customers and how long it took. The kids mac and cheese 1/2 the noodle looked like no cheese. Thr poor quality of the food the taste of the oil on the fries which tasted like it was old made me say poor experience.

Worst service grab all you can eat ribs got 1 plate waited almost 30 min for next plate no refill on water for almost 30 min also this was on a Saturday at 3pm got to the point lost my appetite when my food came later (25min) the 2nd plate of all you can eat ribs it only came cause a manager came and ask how's the food i told him I dont know nothing came and he went to grab that 2nd plate

No service for the first half hour, waitress came over and explained that they were short staffed, No problem there I understand. When we ordered food my steak I order medium rare came as well done and our drinks were empty. By the end of our meal drinks were still empty, she gives the check and the original $34 meal magically transforms to $44. No details whatsoever on the mystery charges… manager came over and tried to dumb everything down. That being said a warning to those considering coming here’s its gone downhill very quickly.

Bad experience on Sunday for lunch. Food took more than 35 minutes, they did not bring us cutlery or napkins until almost the end of the meal, the food had a bad appearance and looked old.

Ordered boneless wings and a beer. Bartender delivered the beer fine, after that it descended into a bad time. 4 staff members and a manager rarely addressed the rest of the dining room and soon disappeared. Instead the bartender appeared to take orders for the whole restaurant. 20 mins into my visit, I was finally allowed to order my wings. 30 more minutes and my wings showed up, ice cold and buffalo sauce that resembled Alpo canned dog food gravy since it had coagulated from cooling. I was given no silverware to eat with. I paid for my beer and left. No staff offered apologies or to remake the food. I'm not expecting much but I won't recommend and wouldn't come back.

Super friendly service!! Good food! The music is like a dentists office but otherwise great atmosphere! Overall one of the better Applebee's in the area! The managers, Michelle, Bri, and Peter really go out of their way to make you feel like your at home! Great job y'all, see ya next time!
