The service here often times leaves a little to be desired. For example, in drive-through I’ve had several times where the staff are so busy chatting inside. They don’t take the time to confirm what the payment is. They’re putting on my card to welcome me thanked me for my service or for my purchase or anything like that. Also, we never eat inside anymore because it’s always kind of grungy. The food is OK. It’s pretty much average Arby’s or the base Arby’s that you...

Food is always good but regardless of what time it is you will likely spend close to 10 minutes in the drive thru. I have left the line before, and almost every time I go someone else leaves the line too. Only come here if you aren't in a rush.
