Went there for dinner.The food was cold, some of it was overcooked, ran out of ingredients to make some of the food and went into the bathroom.And they were a mess too and cold. Cost was also more than some of the other burger king's in the area.

I ordered a crispy onion whopper with no cheese, lettuce, or tomatoes. The sandwich came with all 3 and was COLD. Expensive meal, long drive thru wait time. Can't justify coming here in Cottage Grove when McDonald's is up the road and Wendy's is across the street.

Ordered for delivery, no ketchup no mayo. Onion and pickle. Two skinny pieces of onion, couldn't even taste it. It had mayo snd the chicken was overcooked. Don't know if it was because it was delivery or what but it is gross. I called she sa8d I could vome get another one. I said I don't drive thats why it was delivered. She basicly said too bad! Never again!
I hope next time working hard customer services. Also please asap fixing the drive through menu machine

These guys are the definition of sauce. They gave me a double douser and tripled down with the sauce boss. They douse everything in sauce. It's hard enough for them to get the order right even when you order online and there's the option for light sauce, they intentionally drown it with extra sauce. Everything is swimming in sauce on sauce with an extra side of sauce. For $15/hour they'll douse you with sauce.

I stopped coming to this location for the occasional wkend bfast a while back due to really poor service, food seemed to be old and sitting under heat lamps for too long, but decided to get it another shot. The manager has since changed and what a world of difference he has been able to make. I have to shout jonas M. out for his ability along w his crew to turn around the service, the freshness of the food and friendly interactions! Will gladly come back without apprehension.
