Workers are courteous, however, they never have chicken ready. Driven to the front almost every time I order a chicken sandwich. Not only that but after waiting 15 mins I had to go in and retrieve my food as I felt I was forgotten.

Aug 29, 2023 - Disappointing! Very long line and wait in drive thru, only to be told they had the wrong order, so even longer wait. Being busy didn't seem to bother staff who seemed to be moving in slooooow motion (no sense of urgency). Ordered 4 junior Whoppers and fries - sandwiches were missing lettuce and were very sloppy.March 2022 - Prompt service, warm food, good quality.

Waited in the drive-thru for a solid 15 minutes (not joking) but couldn't leave because I was boxed in between cars and the single lane drive-thru. Finally got the speaker, to wait another 5 minutes before anyone asked for my order. I said no thanks and just drove off. Complete waste of time and a similar experience to what I had had in the past. This location has definitely gone way downhill over the years.

I read recently several Burger Kings are closing this year. I hope this is one of them. And if it is, I see why.Slower than the second coming.
Just like any other BK I've ever been to, they're understaffed (not their fault), can't get a 2 piece order correct (definitely their fault), and parking lot is riddled with trash (only a little their fault).I was disappointed before I even left the drive-thru.

The cashier that helped us was super helpful & attentive right as we walked in. We had our toddler with & she brought the food to us & was so friendly. I wish I remembered her name, she deserves a raise! Only complaint is there wasn't any sort of changing table for us to change our son.

I repeated my order three times and still I get cheese and mustard on my hamburger. Fed it to my dogs thanks for NOTHING. Maybe try and take a little pride in your work!!!!

So... The kids here are friendly, don't get me wrong. But I honestly don't think that that's a reason I should have to drive back twice for an order that is still wrong. I understand they had someone new, but obviously he needs more training. But that doesn't excuse the last time, and the time before that. Disrespectful management. Their approach to their own staff is very distasteful and disheartening. You will always be short staffed and carry a terrible reputation especially when word of mouth goes a long way
