My wife frequents this location often and enjoys her Mint Condition which she always gets. I am sometimes with her. The property today looked very unkempt with tall unmowed grass and 3 foot high weeds all over. Not what I would expect to see at a Minnesota or Twin Cities Caribou coffee location.
